Everything changes but your heart holds the constant you.

Happy Solstice!!!

On my walk the other day, my guides reminded me that the energies coming in in from the solstice this week are strong. The solstice is bringing in a deeper level of information and energy. The energies are asking us to deepen our understanding of who we are. This understanding asks us to change most of what we believe about ourselves and our world.

Feel into who you are. Do you feel different that who you were 10 or 20 years ago? Maybe a few more creaky places in the bod, but at your core are you different? Your core, your Divine center is steadfast and has been ever present in your life and lives. Maybe, the center of you is a constant in your life. I think so and so do the guides.

The Divine center has always been with you. You may feel change in the center but in fact what you are feeling is change in your understanding of the essence of you. As a child you viewed the world through a child’s eyes and as an adult, you bring a broader understanding, so perhaps the core of who you are seems different.

Give yourself permission to engage your Divine center as the child of your heart. You will find the total love for you has never changed. Allow that love to flood your life and hold you. Let it bring you more love and joy and peace!

My guides have been saying that it is time for us to begin to create our lives moment to moment. It is simple if we let it be. The vibrations that we want in our lives are available to us in our energy field. We can open our hearts and choose those vibrations that make us feel whole and loved. Here is the way my guides put it.

When you create from your heart and allow that creation to be an expression of your heart, it will bring you joy every time!

I see you

My guides suggested that I share some thoughts with you about being seen. A while back (5/10/17) I wrote a blog about saying Hello to someone. It is a good place to start to think about what follows.

I have a couple of friends who say, “it is good to be seen” when you say, “nice to see you”. It is indeed good to be seen. So, what does being seen actually mean? To me, it means seeing and acknowledging what appears to be separate from me as spirit and part of me. We are all spirit, you, me, the dog or cat snoozing on the couch, the plants in the yard. All that you see and all that you don’t see is spirit. It is Divine emanation in a world you helped to create.

When you say ‘hello’ to another spirit and acknowledge them for who they are beyond their physical appearance, you remind yourself and them of your connection to each other and Divinity. With this acknowledgement, you are then opening the avenues for more of the Divine flow in your life and in the world.

We are in a time of great change, but it is a simple change. It is time for each of us to awaken to our own Divine nature and as we do that, we can more easily see that Divinity in someone else or in the world we see every day.

The chaos that appears in the world now is an out pouring of fear. Fear to give up the lives we have had for so long. Fear of shifting our sight from the material to the world of spirit. It is simple, and it is a large change. But it is one that can begin with seeing and being seen. Saying Hello to spirit.

So, I say Hello, I see you, I see you are spirit, I see your Divinity and hold you in the highest light and love. Much love Linda

trust your heart

I am finding really good reminders for me as I work through some of my old channeling. My angelic guides wrote about trusting as the world is changing. I thought I would share this with you.

Your world is indeed changing. As you move into a multi-dimensional time you will find the changes in your world increasing. The important things to remember have to do with trusting the Divine to hold the patterns for you to move into. The patterns have been developed for you and by you. You each have participated in creating the world you are moving into.

Trust is the first element in allowing the process to move through. Trust in yourself and your ability. Trust in the Divine to lead you. What is trust but a willingness to look upon what is and allow it to unfold with your love holding presence for it. This has not been the way of the third dimension.

We leave you today with our deepest love and blessings. Trust in your heart. Trust that you are love. Trust in the steps that are being walked with you.

The other day my guides continued to talk about channeling from the perspective that we are all part of the Whole. And as part of the whole we are able to move our conscious awareness to any part of the Whole and let it express through us. Here is what they had to say:

We would like to continue our discussion on channeling but obliquely.

As part of a Whole, as you allow yourselves to open to that Whole, you will expand your energies and allow more of the Whole, who you are, to move through you and with you and then express through you.

You are each here in form to create. To create first physical bodies and then to create a life through that physical form.

Creativity is a way to explore and expand your presence and awareness. The expansion is you allowing All That Is to engage in your individuated self and expand you into Wholeness.

There are no divisions there are no separations. You are Divine, you are Divinity who has created the illusion of separateness. This is a false appearance that is purposeful. The purpose is to allow a broader reach in the creative expression of the Whole.

This is a now moment towards awakening to your Divine Essence and then an allowance to let the fullness of that Essence inform you of your Wholeness. There are no bits and pieces to you. You are Divine as an eternal expression. You are Divine as an infinite expression. You are Divine as Divinity infinite and eternal.

Think on this for you each are holograms of the Whole. You each are an expression of the Divine and you each are ever present as the Whole.

My guides continued to talk about channeling the other day. I have put some of my words in to help the flow and understanding of our conversation. Here are some more of their thoughts!

From our point of view, (in channeling) there is an expanding and allowing (to establish the connection). This engagement is also part of your understanding.

As you expand and open your energy field to us, you are engaging your ability to become one with All that is. This ability will often appear in stages as the individuated spirit moves deeper into their understanding and knowledge of their Divinity which is the All.

Then we are able to move into the individuated flow of energy and blend with that flow allowing us to communicate to and through the individual. We are always aware that we are Divinity moving and blending with the individuated spirit who wishes to channel.

The individuated being who wishes to channel will work through issues related to opening to spirit and the energy which they perceive as a separate energy. The energy they engage with will not be separate at all in the multi-dimensional sense. This energy, when blended, helps the channeler move into an ever-expanding state of being and allows them to move into their re-embracing of the Wholeness.

The goals for the third dimension are to move into an expanded place and allow that expanded state to inform them with regard to the forgotten Divinity.

When I was walking the other morning, I was noticing the clouds. We don’t get these beautiful rain clouds very often in Southern California. They were amazing and beautiful. I had the thought that the filters we put up between ourselves and the knowledge of our Divinity are like the clouds. The filters are amazing, and we can stare at them for a long time in amazement and miss the beauty of the sky behind them. My guides echoed this thought:

As you each open to the wonder of who you are at this moment. It is amazing. You are the clouds, you are the blue, blue sky, you are everything you gaze upon. Expand into the Whole of You and celebrate yourselves and All That Is.

I am spending some time exploring channeling with my guides. We all are channels in the sense that we allow our spirit to communicate to and through this mundane part of us. We are after all spirit and an individuation of the One having a human experience. Here is what the guides had to say one morning recently.

Channeling is opening or expanding to allow more energy to flow into and through you as an expression. When we engage with you, you have expanded your energy enough that we might allow a flow of energy to express through you.

Right now, we are effectively whispering in your ear. That is how it seems to you, although you would tell us your ear is more like the center of your head. None the less, we are engaged with your energy field.

Now what we have just described is the third dimensional explanation. From a fifth dimensional perspective all energies are One. All energies are the Source. So, how does that translate in to a 3-d mind? The individuated being expanding their awareness and understanding that they are all One in the Divine Source, then is able to move their awareness fully and focus on any area of the Whole to communicate. Then the channel becomes a communicator within the Whole and is able to facilitate the communication with those who are not looking in that part of the Wh0le.

This ability of the channel to communicate then is very much like the ability of a third dimensional being to channel. They have biases and filters which enter into communication and alter the message that they are putting forth. Again, this type of alteration would occur in either their regular every day communication or a channeled communication. The clearer the individual communicating the clearer the outgoing communication. The person listening or receiving the communication will also have biases and filters. These will alter what the hearer hears.

Thanks for remembering you are spirit. That you are spirit incarnated into physical form! And that you are here to run and dance and play! Much love, Linda

Belated Happy Valentine’s Day! A day celebrating open hearts and love! What could be better than that!

Today, we have a partial solar eclipse. Eclipses bring energies to the earth that stimulate us. Here is what my guides had to say about this eclipse this morning.

As the movement of the moon, sun, earth and starts nears the beginning of the solar eclipse, feel the quiet power of the energy this movement represents. It is an indication of the quiet power within each human heart. When the quiet space is met, it is the union within the human of its energies. The energies move in harmony with each other and they become one with the Divine Flow of Life. This is the expanded moment and movement that each in your earth are moving towards.

spring is stirring

I was walking this morning. We had had a brief shower in the night. The trees were alive and vibrant with just a little water and all the birds were singing and chatting. You could feel spring starting to emerge, I know it is early for spring for many of you, but it is starting to happen in California. This is what my guides had to say.

You sensed the awakening to spring in your morning walk. This is the same sense of awakening that is stirring in the hearts of human kind. The joy at the remembrance of all that you are is a joy that is beyond imagination.

Give yourself to this joy as you open to the truth of who you are. Remember your Divinity and welcome that essence of you back into your life and your world.
