We are each growing and expanding in our light, and the world is experiencing growing pains. Change is happening. You can see it in many places in the world and in your personal lives. I find that taking small steps in my own life is easy, whereas, big steps are often more difficult or, in the least, daunting. This morning my guides wrote:

The love that you are is present within you.  As you begin to recognize that love, you make it available to yourself and the world. Look for ways that help you feel the love stir within you. Look for the small pleasures in your life that kindle your joy. Find the small pleasures and allow them to grow into large expanses of love and joy!
