I wrote briefly about these three affirmations in my November 18, 2016 blog “living in interesting times”. I have been meditating more on the thought that I am energy first over the past week. I spoke with my guides and here is what they had to say:
The third dimension is based on the idea that you are physical form. Once you recognize the makeup of physicality in the third dimension, you begin to unravel the idea that you are a dense form and begin the journey to understanding yourself as a spiritual being. You recognize you are spirit in a human body. Not just a physical body. This is a big step.
When you see yourself as energy first, you cease to see yourself as density and begin to see yourself as an energetic being who is creating form to engage in an experience. As a creator and energetic being you are infinite, eternal and omnipresent. Sound familiar? You are energy first, engaging your Divine essence and creating.
We are each growing and expanding in our light, and the world is experiencing growing pains. Change is happening. You can see it in many places in the world and in your personal lives. I find that taking small steps in my own life is easy, whereas, big steps are often more difficult or, in the least, daunting. This morning my guides wrote:
The love that you are is present within you. As you begin to recognize that love, you make it available to yourself and the world. Look for ways that help you feel the love stir within you. Look for the small pleasures in your life that kindle your joy. Find the small pleasures and allow them to grow into large expanses of love and joy!
Jo Dunning is a wonderful teacher who has offered a free energy transmission to help us with the changes that are happening, http://www.jodunning.com/Public/Articles/MakingChangeEasy/index.cfm. It is important to remember that you are precious and your light is precious. Honor your process and ease into the expansion and changes that are here. Thanks for your expansion! Much love! Linda
I wanted to remind you about being in your heart center. We talked about this earlier. Resting in your heart is the first step in engaging your heart-mind. There are many ways to get yourself seated in your heart. An easy one is taking an elevator from the center of your head to the center of your heart. Then allowing with your breath to sink deeply into your heart center. Imagine your breath moving in and out of your heart center for a minute or so. This will anchor you in your heart!
Dr. Peebles, channeled by Natalie Gianelli (http://nataliegianelli.com/) has a wonderful trick. He suggests that throughout the day, you touch your heart center. This is a gentle reminder of where you want to be. It brings you to your heart center in a conscious way. It always brings a smile to my face too!
My guides added these thoughts about your heart center:
Your heart center is your spiritual connection. You are in touch with all parts of yourself in this place and at the same time you are in touch with all that is.
Residing in your heart center affords the most flexible place for you to be. Your heart center offers you choices that would not arise from your ego-mind. The ego-mind offers choices based on safety and experience. The heart-mind offers choices based on love and expansiveness.
Thanks for being in your heart center! Much love, Linda
I have a very wise and lovely friend who lives in Paris. She wrote a wonderful e-mail and Facebook entry this morning. She urged all her friends to engage in Acts of Loving Kindness. What could be a better or simpler way to create your world as a kind and loving place? A new world created by holding the vibration of love in your heart as a constant choice and acting on that love. Small steps which lead to big changes. Be loving and kind to yourself, those you meet, and you can send love from your heart to all those around the world who are living in very hard situations. So I say to each of you, Thank You for choosing to LOVE and to be Kind!I send you my love and blessings, Linda
The other day my guides reminded me of something simple and beautiful:
The open heart is the heart of God.
A helpful tip from Nora Herold’s guides (http://www.noraherold.com/) is about hydrating! (She has many wonderful channeled friends.) Their hydration went beyond the multiple glasses of water we are always encouraged to drink daily. They suggested that we hydrate our energy field too. To do this breathe a beautiful golden light in through your heart center and then exhale it throughout your whole body! If there are places in your body that are experiencing discomfort, send extra gold energy to that place. I have been practicing this for several days and it is wonderful. The double hydration is a great idea!
My guides and angels have been stressing that joy can be an inside job! Think of something that brings you joy and feel the joy vibrate inside of you. You have found your joy spot! When you need to bring more joy into your life, revisit that spot and breathe into the joy that you are hiding there! It expands and fills you! It works! It even works in the dentist chair, I have done it!
The angels said this today: At this point in time, take responsibility for your joy and pursuing that joy with love. Shortly, you will be prompted to become that joy and love. It is a return to home, a return to a place that has been a deep memory, a dream.
We leave you this day to awaken your dream of joy in love and in peace. Our blessings to each of you!
I was transcribing some of the guides’ messages from last winter. They seem to fit for now, so I am passing them along.
The stillness that comes at this time of year, as your sun becomes less and less available, is your time to go within. To reside quietly with in your heart and receive the awakening of you. From the stillness comes a bright glow of light that lights many more paths than your own. Thanks for glowing! Much love, Linda
