I have been catching up transcribing some channeling from a year ago. My guides had a message that I though helpful then and equally helpful now. With all that we have to do, it is so easy to forget that at our core we are Divine Love!
We stand in love. The expression of Divinity is love. This is the sum total of each. When the individual does not rest in the awareness that they are love, they create distortion. This distortion is compounded each time the individual denies their identity.
Now, when we ask you to love yourself, we are asking you to identify with the love that you are. In this identification, you are recognizing the love that you are and allowing that love to flow and fill you. Hence, you share yourself with yourself.

When I was walking the other morning, I was noticing the clouds. We don’t get these beautiful rain clouds very often in Southern California. They were amazing and beautiful. I had the thought that the filters we put up between ourselves and the knowledge of our Divinity are like the clouds. The filters are amazing, and we can stare at them for a long time in amazement and miss the beauty of the sky behind them. My guides echoed this thought:
As you each open to the wonder of who you are at this moment. It is amazing. You are the clouds, you are the blue, blue sky, you are everything you gaze upon. Expand into the Whole of You and celebrate yourselves and All That Is.
I wanted to wish you all the blessings of this holiday season. There are so many ways to celebrate the light that we are. We can join together as One Heart of Light and Love bringing peace and joy to this world no matter how we celebrate this time. My guides commented on a joyous heart!
The open heart is a joyous heart. For the heart knows itself as joy. When you allow that joy to become an intrinsic part of who you are, you open to the world to share the Divinity that you are.

We are fast approaching a time of year that is sacred to many for many different reasons. Love is present in all that we celebrate. My guides talked this morning about Love and Joy. They talked about them both as states of being. Here is what they have to say:
Love is a state of being. On your world the state of being is often left unexplored. A state of being means that love is always present in every thought and action. This is not difficult to do but it does take a decision on the part of the human to step into love and remain there. The stepping into love and remaining in love as a state of being means that you will have love as the underlying motivation for all that occurs.
This will be a two-fold understanding. You will recognize that everything in your life is there for your benefit. Hence, there is underlying love supporting you in your life and in your growth. Secondly, every choice you will choose in your life will have love as its foundation. There may be some difficult choices, but if you start with the desire to have love as the foundation of the choice, then you will find the choice clear in its direction.
When you make the statement for the state of being love, it is I AM Love. This statement aligns you with your Divine center, all of who you are. Joy can also be a state of being. For the moment you might declare: I AM Love, and I AM Joy! That is an extremely powerful and helpful statement. Love and joy are two vibrations that your world would benefit greatly from. Let it be your gift for the solstice or your holy day at this time of year.
We leave you this day with the knowledge that you are love, and are joy. Choose to create your life from love and joy!

You are held in love and blessed each moment. Each breath that you take is filled with love and blessings. Recognize the love that the Creator holds for you and that we, too, hold for you. You are cherished.
When you begin to recognize the depth of love ever present for you, you can relax and allow the love to hold, support and guide you. This is the place you, each, are stepping into. Each will know the degree to which they are loved and they will know this because they will understand that they are that very same love.
We have said this often, love yourselves and then love each other. Love is a state of being. Be in love with yourselves and you can’t help but be in love with your world. Your love is the love that will heal and change your world.
Many of you are in the midst of personal or global events that stretch you and those around you. Stretch you way beyond any comfort level you have. I have been asking my guides what they might have to say about all of this. They continually go back to love, love yourself and love your neighbors near and far. What we are seeing is a purging of the collective consciousness and we can use these events to see where the fear lays within us, accept and love ourselves around those fears, and then radiate love to those in need. Not necessarily and easy task. It is much easier to blame the weather or shifting earth or the next disaster. Through loving ourselves and sending love into the world, we have the ability to dissipate the fear that has been so much a part of human life and each disaster. We are creating a new world, one without deep seated fear, one based in love.
My guides join in asking you to fill with love of your Divine Heart and then radiate that love to all in need. It is not to deny the tragedy at hand but to honor each individuals’ service to humanity as they point out where our collective and personal fears are. The guides put it simply:
Sink into your heart moment to moment and find the love that is ever present for you. Fill with that love and then share it with your world.

My guides wrote this lovely piece for us this morning. With all the crazy in the world it is heartening to read. I did a brief meditation based on their words.
Know that you are held in love this day and all days. The light that you are is bright and brings promise to the world. It is the promise of a moment in time that is filled with love. Each heart emitting the love that they are. It fills the entire Universe bringing quiet and peace to all corners. It awakens each heart to the truth of who they are, always have been and always will be.

I was re-reading some of the channeling from the past week thinking I was going to do a blog and meditation about peace. I didn’t get very far when I read the channeling below and was guided to print this today. We are in a time of intense change but we have input into how that change plays out. We are being encouraged to step into our roles as creator beings and create from our hearts! Here is what my guides are saying:
Love is the building block of creation. The creator in you is love. The essence of love is rooted in the heart of each individuated consciousness. The Universe is based on and in love. So, what does that mean in terms of your understanding of your creative abilities? It means that your full connection to the love that you are is the love that will be available for you to create with. This is why it is so important for each of those awakening now to find loving acceptance for who they are and who they have been.
Over the past several years, we have joined with your other guides to encourage opening to your love and to love yourselves. This is now the time to open to that love as deeply as you are able. It will benefit you most happily as you are called to begin creating the world a new.
The world that you are moving towards is already in place in one sense but at the same time each of you is tasked with calling it into being. By extending your creative ability and coloring in the new world you are calling it forth and creating the outlines into beautiful images. The outlines are love. How you fill those lines, and perhaps move them, are where you add your love and creative vision to the mix.
This is a time of cooperative creation. You are cooperating with the Divine and many of us in other dimensions to create the world you will step into as a renewed multidimensional. The multidimensional who accepted the vail of forgetting is awakening with a new appreciation of their Divine essence and the love that they are.
We welcome you. Awaken to the love and beauty that you are and that you are here to help create.

The June solstice is this week, Tuesday evening in California. I have been hearing a lot from various broadcasts about the energy influx that that will come with this solstice. One important thing to recognize is that the energy influx has already begun. The energy has been increasing over the past several weeks and will continue until the moment of the solstice and then tapper. It is helpful to remember that the Universe is here to support us. My guides pointed out that any resistance you have coming up is guiding you to places to heal. Be kind to yourselves! Look at why you are holding resistance and then maybe let It go. At least a little! I asked the guides for some words on the solstice and here is what they had to say:
The energy coming to the earth, although massive, is an energy of support. Allow your energy fields to open to this energy and allow it to support the changes that you are stepping through. Each of you are moving through changes that your soul outlined for you before you came into form. Each of you is fully capable of making these changes, no matter how daunting they may seem. We stand with you, we send our love and joy to each of you and we honor your changes!
In reading, what the guides had to say again, I am reminded that we are energy first, we are energy fields. These energy fields interpenetrate our body. When you are anchoring the incoming energy, it all doesn’t have to go into your body. Let it go through your energy field and let your body absorb the amount that is comfortable.
Early in my training at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, we learned to say Hello to another as spirit. I still love the experience of greeting people as more than their body. I have been thinking about this lately and asked my guides to comment. Here is what they had to say:
Most on your world have focused on their identity first as a physical being then as what they do in the world. This has been true for a very long time. You each are indeed physical and doing beings. And you are so much more. You are spiritual beings each carrying the Divine spark within. This spark waiting patiently to be expressed in the world.
When you trained all those years ago, you were taught to say Hello to spirit when you encountered someone. You did this through your intention to have your greeting reach the spirit of that person. You sent the hello as a recognition that they were spirit, that they were more than their physical body. This was for many a validation and a wakeup call. To be recognized in your world as sprit is becoming more common but still it does not happen with as great a frequency as it could. As each individual recognizes themselves as a spiritual being, they open to the Divinity within. This opening will happen at a greater rate as more and more recognize themselves and each other as spirit.
How do you say Hello or Hi to another person to acknowledge them as spirit? First you set your intention to recognize yourself moment to moment as the child of God that you are. Then you set your intention to recognize those you interact with as that same offspring of Divinity. When you greet the next individual in your day, say Hello and ask that that greeting from your heart reaches their spirit deep in their heart as well.
