If you have been following this blog for any length of time, you know that I highly recommend grounding. When you ground you are giving yourself a level of stability, a way to release energy and a way to let energy roll off you as if you were a lightning rod.
Grounding can be done and is done in many ways. One of the simplest ways is to see roots growing out of your feet deep into the ground. Martial artists often ground from the solar plexus. These are just a couple of the groundings methods that come to mind.
I asked the guides to work with me to do a grounding meditation. They worked with a grounding and a way to move energy through your body. They focused on the grounding aspect for the meditation. I hope you find it helpful!
