I am blessed with a second Helen in my life, another wonderful lady. She doesn’t think of herself as a healer but she is. She is a totally heart centered healer who brightens people’s lives. When you talk with Helen even for a short time she will slip “bless your heart” into the conversation. A blessing from her heart to yours. A wonderful gift and healing she gives freely and often. helen’s angels
I had the pleasure of spending some time with my friend, Helen, this weekend. At 90 something she is curious, thoughtful and wise. She told me how her angels help her find ways to work with her body’s limitations. Her wisdom is in asking for their help and also in receiving their help. We often remember to ask for our angels and guides to help us but how often do we remember to allow ourselves to receive their help. I thank Helen and her angels for that reminder! waking up
As spirit, we have the option of being anywhere in time/space. Waking up to all of who we are means that we, as spirit, have fully engaged our wonderful physical bodies. Each cell of our body is bathed in the golden light of spirit. We wake up to know that we are truly Divine! Thanks for reading! Much love Linda

The essence of who you are is love. You express this love in the world as light. The light is an ever expanding expression of the Divinity that is the core of who you are.
As you wake up each day, hold yourself in the love that you are. Receive the love into every cell in your body. Your love becomes your light and shines in each of your cells. try stuff
About my edit on we are. I receive the piece while traveling. Upon returning home, I changed the piece and posted it. I have not really felt comfortable with it since. My guides suggested that I add back the line that I deleted. So I have and I do like it much better this way!
I think this illustrates that when we are working with guides, we always have the ability to try other things. Why not. We are all exploring and finding our way. If we find that their suggestion was a good one, we can try that too! A guide will never ask you to give up your free will. Great sharing with you! Much love Linda

It is said that we are energetic beings made up of light and love. I asked the guides for some thoughts about this and here is what they said:
You are a magnificent being of love and light. You have come into being to let your light shine and share your love with all of creation. You have felt small at times. Now, it is time to feel the fullness of you. As you open in love to all that is you, you release the light that you are to flow through you. Then you are able to dance in this world.
