I am spending some time exploring channeling with my guides. We all are channels in the sense that we allow our spirit to communicate to and through this mundane part of us. We are after all spirit and an individuation of the One having a human experience. Here is what the guides had to say one morning recently.

Channeling is opening or expanding to allow more energy to flow into and through you as an expression. When we engage with you, you have expanded your energy enough that we might allow a flow of energy to express through you.

Right now, we are effectively whispering in your ear. That is how it seems to you, although you would tell us your ear is more like the center of your head. None the less, we are engaged with your energy field.

Now what we have just described is the third dimensional explanation. From a fifth dimensional perspective all energies are One. All energies are the Source. So, how does that translate in to a 3-d mind? The individuated being expanding their awareness and understanding that they are all One in the Divine Source, then is able to move their awareness fully and focus on any area of the Whole to communicate. Then the channel becomes a communicator within the Whole and is able to facilitate the communication with those who are not looking in that part of the Wh0le.

This ability of the channel to communicate then is very much like the ability of a third dimensional being to channel. They have biases and filters which enter into communication and alter the message that they are putting forth. Again, this type of alteration would occur in either their regular every day communication or a channeled communication. The clearer the individual communicating the clearer the outgoing communication. The person listening or receiving the communication will also have biases and filters. These will alter what the hearer hears.

Thanks for remembering you are spirit. That you are spirit incarnated into physical form! And that you are here to run and dance and play! Much love, Linda

love and light

My guides reminded me this morning that we are Love and Light always. We are the expression of Divinity manifest on this earth. We are slowly opening to the unity that is that expression. Many days it would seem that we are miles away from the Love and Light we are as a world. There is an expression that White Eagle channeled many years ago, “Keep on Keeping on”. That is where we are now. Know that what you hold in your heart you are helping to manifest. Feel the encouragement in the words from my guides this morning!

We remind you that you are Love. You are Love incarnated into physical form. As physical form you are Divine Light and Love expressing in the world. You shine for the world to see and absorb and awaken to.

We repeat, you are Love. Love is the vibration which is equivalent to pure light or that which you often call white light. The Love and Light are the same expression of Divinity. Allow your Light and Love to move within you. As that energy enlivens your body know that it is the beauty of the Divine Universe moving through you, with you and you are that energy. The grace of God is always moving through you.

We leave you this day with our Love and Light engaging your expression of Love and Light and allow that expression to blend and remind you and each you encounter that you are Light, you are Love and you are the Divine essence of all creation.

Belated Happy Valentine’s Day! A day celebrating open hearts and love! What could be better than that!

Today, we have a partial solar eclipse. Eclipses bring energies to the earth that stimulate us. Here is what my guides had to say about this eclipse this morning.

As the movement of the moon, sun, earth and starts nears the beginning of the solar eclipse, feel the quiet power of the energy this movement represents. It is an indication of the quiet power within each human heart. When the quiet space is met, it is the union within the human of its energies. The energies move in harmony with each other and they become one with the Divine Flow of Life. This is the expanded moment and movement that each in your earth are moving towards.

spring is stirring

I was walking this morning. We had had a brief shower in the night. The trees were alive and vibrant with just a little water and all the birds were singing and chatting. You could feel spring starting to emerge, I know it is early for spring for many of you, but it is starting to happen in California. This is what my guides had to say.

You sensed the awakening to spring in your morning walk. This is the same sense of awakening that is stirring in the hearts of human kind. The joy at the remembrance of all that you are is a joy that is beyond imagination.

Give yourself to this joy as you open to the truth of who you are. Remember your Divinity and welcome that essence of you back into your life and your world.

you are spirit first!

Hope your 2018 has started off with filled with love and joy and wonder!

A while ago I wrote that Dr. Peebles channeled by Natalie Gianelli (http://nataliegianelli.com/) had told me to focus on the fact that I am energy first! You can too! My guides to reminded me about this again just this week. I want to share with you a bit of what they had to say:

The expansion that you are currently undergoing on your earth is important. The expansion is happening for each in human. The change that is happening is for a change in perspective.

We spoke the other day of the need to awaken to the memory and knowledge of yourself as spirit first. When you allow that memory to stir and re-awaken in your energy, you automatically change the perspective with which you view yourselves and view others.

You shift your point of view from a small disempowered self, to one who is spirit. A spirit who is vast in itself and who is part of a vast network of spiritual energy or consciousness. Your consciousness or spirit identity works as a singular being or as part of the vast Whole. That Whole is ever expanding and learning and creating new for itself.

So, the choice becomes yours. You may continue to view yourself within the limits of your physical body or shift your point of view and recognize that you are a vast spirit, an expression of the Divine, in a physical body. Recognize that you are Spirit first!

love is a state of being

We are fast approaching a time of year that is sacred to many for many different reasons. Love is present in all that we celebrate. My guides talked this morning about Love and Joy. They talked about them both as states of being. Here is what they have to say:

Love is a state of being. On your world the state of being is often left unexplored. A state of being means that love is always present in every thought and action. This is not difficult to do but it does take a decision on the part of the human to step into love and remain there. The stepping into love and remaining in love as a state of being means that you will have love as the underlying motivation for all that occurs.

This will be a two-fold understanding. You will recognize that everything in your life is there for your benefit. Hence, there is underlying love supporting you in your life and in your growth. Secondly, every choice you will choose in your life will have love as its foundation. There may be some difficult choices, but if you start with the desire to have love as the foundation of the choice, then you will find the choice clear in its direction.

When you make the statement for the state of being love, it is I AM Love. This statement aligns you with your Divine center, all of who you are. Joy can also be a state of being. For the moment you might declare: I AM Love, and I AM Joy! That is an extremely powerful and helpful statement. Love and joy are two vibrations that your world would benefit greatly from. Let it be your gift for the solstice or your holy day at this time of year.

We leave you this day with the knowledge that you are love, and are joy. Choose to create your life from love and joy!

be radiant!

You have been kind enough to read my blog for a few years! I love and appreciate you very very much! You know one of my constant themes is to love yourselves deeply. Once again, I ask you to look to your heart and find the heart of who you are. You are Love.

The solstice is coming in a few weeks. You are most likely feeling the energies now. As awakening beings allowing the light to radiate from you will help you to blossom into the fullness of your Divine Self.

Here is what my guides had to say:

The increase in available light is an encouragement to human kind to allow their own light to arise. It is a reminder that you too are a light being and have the ability to radiate vast amounts of light. This information is not new, but it may be buried deeply in individual consciousnesses as well as the collective mind.

The solstice that will soon happen on your earth is a signal for you, each, to open your heart to the radiant light that resides there. Open your heart and allow the light to fill your entire body. Each cell sending forth the energy of light. Be reminded that this light is carrying with it the Love that is who you are.

I had a conversation this morning with a dear friend about the light on earth. I was thinking afterwards about our participation in that light. This afternoon my guides jiggled me and wanted to discuss how we use our light.

Let us look at the idea of light workers from our perspective. We would actually call those of you who have chosen to help bring the on-going earth and universe changes into being light anchors and/or light beacons. Individuated consciousness can be both.

As you, each, chose to come into life in service to the light and love that you are, you may have chosen to be a light anchor. In which case you have spent at least one and sometimes more life times allowing the light from Universal Divinity to fill you and be sent deep into the earth. The anchoring of this energy through your physical form is important because it makes the light tangible. The light may not make a person glow, but that person is holding the light steady and allowing it to move into the earth. As the energy moves deep into the earth it attaches to the center or heart of the earth and assists the earth in her transition and ability to hold more light.

Those who choose to become beacons, anchor the light and choose to radiate that light into the world. The radiant light services as a reminder for all who that person encounters that they are of Divine Light and are that same Light. When the beacons radiate light, they are acting as constant reminders to all, alarm clocks if you will, that the time to engage and awaken to your own Light is now.

So, we would say again, it is time to awaken to the Divine Light and Love that you embody. This is the self that you have been waiting to awaken to.

I came across something that the guides wrote for the last winter solstice. I think it is even more appropriate now. We are continuing to step out of our old way of being and creating a new life and new world for ourselves. Here is what they had to say about a year ago.

Nature in your hemisphere is moving into her time of rest. This is a period where the work is directed to an internal view. As you, each, are part of nature it is your time to expand your internal view.

The internal view is what brings the fruition of dreams and healing. The transition you are in now is the transition from healing to dreams. The emphasis has long been on healing and it has become the human view that they need to heal, release and /or fix a part of themselves. This is shifting now to, what do you want to create in the world. This is s shift from being mechanics to being designers. The role of mechanic is familiar and mostly a known quantity. That of designer is not.

Many do not have a glimmer of an idea of what they would like to see in their world. This is fine for now as long as the individual does not fall back into fix mode. The energy is such that in many cases you will create things to fix.

Most know what they do not want in their world. So, begin to look at what would supplant those “do not wants” with “I would like”. This will take conscious awareness of the things that flow through your mind on the don’t want list. And consciously stopping the list and replacing it with your desires.

Be gentle with yourselves. This is not something that you necessarily begin and are good at, it may be, but for most the old way of thinking is habitual. As such you are breaking a habit that is long standing.

The guides have been talking about this coming solstice and the influx of light that will accompany it. I will post more in the coming days. In the meantime, I will repeat the guides suggestion above; be gentle with yourselves. Love yourselves deeply. And dance and sing and be joyful!

breathing!

Breathing is always a good thing. Being aware you are breathing is even better. Sometimes my reaction to world events is to stop breathing. My guides and angelic friends reminded me to breathe this morning.

In the quiet of your breath rests your Divinity. As you gently breathe in and out, you allow your Divine essence to become present in your awareness.

Consciously breathe. Consciously know your Divinity. Awake to all that you are. Awake to all that you always have been.

We love you and know that you are able to receive and give love as we do. We leave you with our love and blessings and wish you joy this day!
