you are brilliant light

This weekend we have the Equinox. It brings with it a change of the seasons. Maybe it can bring a change of heart, an opening to the deeper love that is ever present waiting to be acknowledged in each of us. A group of us did this meditation this past week. We were sending love and light to the Ukrainian people and the world. I hope you will meditate along with us and send your beautiful love into the world.

Here is a reminder from my guides too!

We have said it many times, you are love and you are light. In your wholeness, you are love which is manifesting as light. You are coming to the knowing that you are each whole and complete within yourselves. At the same time, you are whole and complete within the greater Whole.

As you are witnessing the turmoil in the world, think on the above statement. You are within yourselves whole and complete and in the vast consciousness that is All That Is, you are also whole and complete.

When you know this in the depth of your heart, you will know that the more love you can give to yourselves, the more love will be present in the greater Whole. You might want to hold yourself in love and feel that love permeate every ounce your your being. As and you feel that love, allow it to radiate into the world adding to the love and light that is ever present. Share your light, bring that brilliance to the dark corners of the world, and allow them to receive the light and wash away the shadows.

be peace

Be Peace.

My guides whispered to me when I was reading a poem a friend sent. They said, “Be Peace”. It is simple and yet not simple at the same time. We are experiencing turmoil in the world. Each in varying degrees from the terror of war to the little daily disruptions that life brings.

What do we need to do to embody the peace we are looking to anchor in the world? There is no simple answer. For me, going into my heart and finding the place that peace rests. This can happen in mediations, in taking a walk, in nature or maybe petting one of my furry friends.

Peace has many forms, but the underlying sense of peace comes from a connection within your heart. Find that peace, the peace of your heart and allow it to lead you through your day radiating your peace and love to the world.

eyes of love

I mentioned before that I have started working with Dragons. The other morning, I asked how they would describe themselves. They said, ‘To be a Dragon is to be a little bit wild and a lot wise.’ Here are some of their thoughts!

Wisdom comes with experience viewed with the eyes of love. When you understand that you are love housed in that body that you think you are, you begin to see with the eyes of love. Those eyes recognize that at its core everything they see is love, Divine Essence expressing in form.

When this happens, the drama falls away and becomes evident as drama and the pain or desire prompting the drama is also self-evident. The person viewing the drama can respond on the level of the drama or see with the eyes of love and view the love that is under the desire or pain creating the drama. The eyes of love will choose the love that is present in the other to respond to and allow the drama to fall away.

you are creative!

Hello! Hope this blog finds you well. We continue in difficult times. It is important to remember that you each are held in love. In that love is a reminder that you are part of the Whole of Creation. As part of that Whole, you are also a creative. I am catching up on my daily writings and back in May here is what my guides were saying:

You are each creative beings. The urge to create is part of your makeup. As 3^rd dimensional beings there was limitation on how much energy you were able to access as a creative. As you expand into multi-dimensionality and remember your heart’s connection, you have all of Divinity at your fingertips.

The ability to create instantly will not be available for a while. You are in a time of re-learning and practicing your creative abilities. The need to understand clarity is going to be your, humankind as creators, next learning or we should say re-learning.

Clarity is the ability to view the intended creation and see all the pieces and view how they fit together. It is then a review of the intention and intended creation to see how it meshes with your desires.

For now, you will be practicing individually. Soon, you will begin to create as collectives. Small (collectives) ones at first and then moving into larger groups. You are learning to find and hold clear frequencies that define your creation. Then allowing spirit to help blend these frequencies into being.

Creating is a way of expanding. Equally important it is a way of self-discovery. Each of you is discovering more of who you are day by day, hour by hour. It is like a flower unfolding. You are coming into an opening to who you are at your core. Through your creation you are able to allow that core to flow into your creations, into your world, and flower into something beautiful.

You are currently, in a period of change to continue the idea of the flower, the garden is going into its winter stage and you are getting ready to start a spring garden. You are renewing some things but most of you are planting new. This is a period of choice. You are now able to choose the qualities, colors, and aromas that your new garden will have. Do this with Joy!

In all parts of your life look for Joy, even in times of distress. I send you Love and Joy! Hugs, Linda

stepping forward!

We can begin to build a world we wish to live in even as we heal and clear global distortions. My guides have given me a simple way to start to step forward in our lives. Enjoy playing in color filled meditations! Here is what they suggest!

Even if one does no feel ready to engage their next steps, you can still begin to decide what you want to feel like moment to moment. This is really the point most are at now. You cannot know a big plan or outline; the need is to decide how your next step will feel. Start with one or two feelings which will translate into frequencies. As you hold these frequencies for a period of time each day, you will begin to feel the desire to add to them. Start simply and build. Then as you build, you can add and/or subtract from the feelings (frequencies) you want to experience.

A good way to do this is with color. Choose the feeling you would like to experience, one feeling only, and sit with it for a moment. Let a color emerge that says that feeling to you. Then for the next feeling, repeat the process. When you have one, two or three feelings represented by colors, allow the colors to flow around you and begin to fill you. Let them vibrate you and excite those same frequencies within you.

This process retrains your energy system to vibrate with these frequencies. They may and probably will be different from the frequencies you are creating with now. That is fine. You are allowing yourself to change.

As you begin to feel comfortable with this first pallet of colors, you can begin to add and expand the frequencies you are wishing to express.

It has been a time we could never have imagined. I hope you are each well. I send you much love.

My guides remind me that we are children of the earth. We are all part of the same Whole. At our core we are both Divine Love. We can love ourselves and love our earth. Here is what my guides had to say:

Your earth is built with love and joy. The love and joy that you may begin to access now. This is at the center of the earth, just as it is at your center.

Engage the earth and honor its beauty. Then you begin to open your heart to the earth’s heart. Open heart to open heart will allow you to feel the love that is ever present in both of you. Then you will know that you are a part of each other, a part of the Whole.

a new world

I hope this blog finds you well. Finds you healthy physically, mentally, and abundantly. We are moving through some serious pains birthing a new world. That’s what we are doing. There is no way that we can go back to the world we were just a few months ago. And, I can say that I don’t want to. Let’s open to the joy resident in our hearts and create a world that is filled with fun, wonder, joy and yes abundance on every level! Here is what my guides said just before all this started in January:

Beginnings and endings and beginnings. That is what the journey of the soul is about. The experiences you gather along the way shape your point of view. They change how you approach your existence. They are what moves you.

You are at a point of ending. How you experience this is purely your choice. We would encourage humankind to look to your creativity for that will bring you Joy and Excitement.

It is not what you are leaving behind, it is what you are creating. This is an important reminder as you move through the changes that bringing each of you to a new world, a new creation.

So, get your giggle on and dream BIG. How do you want your new world to be! I vote for love, joy, ease, peace, and fun in great abundance!!! Lots of love!! Linda!

hum your tune!

Sending love to you all! Hope you are holding up, are healthy and still have a sense of humor. Oh, yes and a stash of chocolate. I have started working with some new guides. They are dragons from the fairy kingdom. They are fun and have a great sense of humor. They present to me as a 60’s rock group. Here is what they had to say this morning.

Allow all of your joy and your soul to shine through your eyes. The joy brings the energy of your soul to your eyes.

The union of the heart and mind allows the transmission of joy on a continual basis. The heart is always connected with the Divine Spark that is You. It is this union coupled with the mind that begins to transform an individual to an individual who is expressing all of who they are. They then speak from a place of wholeness. They can express the depth of the individuated essence. This is where true joy is found.

Find your connection. Find your joy. Hum your tune and be whole! We leave you to find your melody and hum it to the world.

YOU matter!

Sending love to you all. This is a strange and disturbing time we are in the middle of. Early in February my guides were talking about the growth that we are undergoing. They indicated we were in a period of great expansion and growth. They didn’t hint at what we are experiencing now but there is no doubt that what we are experiencing will bring about huge and sweeping changes for the Earth and each of its inhabitants. They ended with a pep talk which was fun to read as I transcribed the passage today. It’s good to be reminded that we are more than we seem to be.

The expansion is widespread. Not only are the earth and its inhabitants expanding. Their expansion allows growth and expansion throughout the universe which will begin to change the multi-verse.

We have spoken before on the magnitude of the change that is occurring. We would like to remind you that it is a very large, no huge, shift in energy. The shift in energy opens space for more creation. The creation of what will be in part up to the human race. The expansion and what is created to fill that space will influence all.

This (discussion) is not something to encourage greater ego. It is to let you know that the attention and energy that humankind puts into the expansion matters. When the moments of difficult integration arrive, it is important to remember two things. You each asked to be part of this process and were chosen because you can do it, and that it does matter.

Today we celebrate Love! We feel love for ourselves, we feel it for others, human, furry, scaly or feathered, and we feel it for the world around us. I send you my love today and always. Today I honor who you are at the heart of you. I ask that you allow yourselves a gift of your heart today. Let your heart lead you. Let your heart show you who you are and where you might like to go.
