Sending out a big Hello! February flew by! In California we are plunging into warm weather! Yipes! The energies coming to earth at this time are helping to bring changes to our weather, our routine, and our life! Many days it is more that you want to manage. When that happens take 10 deep breaths and slowly let each one out and give yourself a hug and smile. You got this!

This is the next installment is from my guides from way back in 2013. Opening our heart is what we are being asked to do now. A simple way to open your heart is to think of something you love! Puppy kisses, beautiful flowers, a good friend, they all make you smile. Your smile is the key to your opening heart!

Open your heart to healing. We would like to start with the open heart part of that request.

When you open your heart, you move into a place of trust and allowance. It is moving into this place of trust and allowance that opens the heart and opening the heart allows trust and allowance. It does not matter which comes first.

The heart Charka has been on a long journey on your planet. You have been building an open heart chakra for eons. The heart chakra that you have now and are moving to as a collective group is one that is a direct link to the Divinity that is you.

So, when we ask that you open your heart, we are also asking that you open to your Divinity. How do you get there?

First steps are small. Start with loving allowance for yourself. In your daily adventures just allow yourself to witness your activities, you do not need to judge them but if you do allow that also.

When you can spend a day watching your activities and allowing them to be, you have taken a giant step toward having an open heart.

It is in the space between the action and the viewing that Divinity seeps through and simulates itself in your energy system.  Divinity is always part of you, it is awakening, stimulating that awareness in you.

How wonderful it is to watch you awaken. So many beautiful, and we might add, different flowers budding and then slowly opening to their full beautify. When you look upon a beautiful flower does your heart not open with joy? You know then how it is for us who assist you in your journey.
