Hope you are enjoying a beautiful springtime wherever you might be. Or maybe fall with hints of colder weather to come. Moving from our third dimensional life into the fifth dimension asks the heart chakra to play a greater place in your life. The heart chakra is the center of your chest, with your high heart chakra above that and your physical heart to the left of it. Here is what my guides had to say about this chakra.

Your heart chakra might better be referred to as your heart center. It is not just one piece. There are several parts if you will to your heart center.

If we take the chakra that resides in the third dimensional physical body, you start with a multi-layered exchange system. All chakras are exchange systems. They pull spiritual energy into the physical body, and they release third dimensional energy (in this example) back into the spiritual realm.

Because you contain all things you can follow the energy in the chakra to deeper and deeper levels of yourself.  So, when you go deep into your third dimensional heart chakra, you indeed come to your Divine core.

We mentioned there are multiple parts to this center. The physical heart is also part of the center. It takes the information from the spiritual energy and imprints it on the blood. Then it pumps the blood throughout the body. The body is then continually informed by spirit.

So, when there are issues with the physical heart, it is not only the heart that suffers but the body is cut off from the communication with spirit.

In the fifth dimensional heart center there is another chakra or exchange unit that unites or links with the third dimensional heart chakra.  The joining of these two bodies allows a greater for and clarity of the information and energy exchanged. When these chakras are linked it is so much easier to follow your heart.

There is an energetic chamber residing behind your physical heart. This came into being a very long time ago. It was at that time your seat of consciousness. This area is still active but you are now able to move into your joint chakra center and have that implement your seat of consciousness.  Your (one’s) seat of consciousness is the joint heart center and head center, the expression of this union is through the voice or hands. Hence the expression, head, heart & hands.

We are here to express the love that we are made from. Sometimes it’s difficult, but it’s worth asking “what would love do?” whenever you are challenged! Sending lots of love! Linda

let your heart drive

I think you have noticed that we are in a time of huge change. We are in the midst of chaotic energy. It is up to us individually and as a whole to choose how we move forward. We can and are doing it, from our hearts. This blog has been about opening to our hearts, working with our guides, and finding and sharing love and joy. I asked my guides for a reminder about driving from the heart. Here is what they said.

As third dimensional beings you are trained to “think things through,” “figure them out” and maybe do a “risk assessment.” As your energy expands, you are moving into the domain of the heart. The heart feels its way through. Your heart listens to whispers from deep within. It ask you to feel with your body, for many it is that gut feeling. You need to become listeners and feelers.

You are switching from much of what you know to new territory for many. This is not a familiar way to be. All the practice of loving yourself and loving yourself more will help you open your heart and let it drive.

I think I mentioned that I have some new guides joining their voices in my writing. They are bringing a new view and are doing more teaching. I plan to post some of their teachings in future blogs. But for now, here are some of their beautiful thoughts!

As fifth dimensional beings you will have had the experience of the third dimension. This will give you a different perspective from those who have never experienced density.

This perspective will influence and shape how you create both as an individual and as a collective. This expression of creativity gives another dimension to the understanding of Divinity. The experience of being cut off from Divine contact, at least through your perception, and then moving back into the knowledge and flow of your Divinity brings the opportunity to embrace the love and light that you are with a fervor and a reverence that you might not have without the experience. It will also, we hope, bring an excitement or an enthusiasm for the Divine flow that you are.

Through enthusiasm, you will easily create joy and allow the love to flow beautifully through you into the world.
