a rose

I was having a cup of tea this afternoon when my guides suggested I write a blog about using a rose as a personal healing flower. Flowers have vibrations which is one of the reasons you will see so many of them in my blog. The rose is one of, if not, the highest vibration in the plant kingdom. When I was training at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, a very long time ago, we used the rose for healing during meditation.

In the past weeks, I have noticed people taking on others’ energies. In fact, we are all one and there are no boundaries. It is a bit of a contradiction though because as third dimensional humans we have a boundary, it’s called a body. Your body, my body and not our body. It is a body which is dense and works on your personal energy. We are opening to the Divinity within ourselves and lightening the density of our bodies. We are making progress with this transition but many of us still have a dense body to work with. We are after all beautiful works in progress!!

Here is a little trick to help heal the third dimensional body. Sit comfortably and breath in Joy and Love and let them fill your body. Then create a rose a little way out in front of you. Then ask the rose to act as a magnet and bring all the energy, you have so kindly been distributing to all those who seemed to be in need, right into the rose. At the same time, release all the energy you are holding for others into the rose. You will find you get a pretty full rose. Dissolve the rose and release the energy neutralized and in present time back to where it belongs.  You will find you are getting energy back and are probably feeling lighter too. You might want to do this a few times. To finish your meditation, open from the heart and ask your Divine center to fill you with the love and light that you are.

The third dimensional filters have made it so that we forget that we have a deep well of energy at our center. The light and love that wells up from our Divine center is infinite. If you allow your Divine love and light to flow from you, you will only need to smell the roses and not use them as a healing tool.

Thanks for being YOU! Much love, Linda

I love that you have shared this with us! I recall you teaching us about using the rose as a sort of vacuum that could clean out energy that no longer served. I use that technique to this day, very effectively I might add. Roses are awesome and I’m glad your guides encouraged you to write about them! xo
