I suspect you have noticed all the changes happening in the world. Some are happening quickly, and some are creeping forward, both changing your life and our world. My guides have been talking to me about change. They have reminded me of two things about change.

The first is about my favorite pass time, resistance. Resistance can be a response to change. There is the old adage, “what you resist, you become.” Let’s remember we are creative beings! We are creating as we go. How do we create? We focus energy into a thought or a desire. So, when we resist something, we are putting energy into it. And being good creators, we create what we do not want.

My guides suggest a different way to approach the situation:

When faced with a situation that you resist or really do not want, ask yourself what do you want to see instead. What is it that would make you happy? Then put your focus on creating that happiness in your life. Let the resistance to the other go and create something that brings you joy.

The second point my guides made to me was about engaging our Divine Center. I am saddened by the damage that is being done by politicians and nature too. I have always believed that we have free will to use that Divine Spark within to create. My guides encouraged that in their comment:

Light will survive and overcome. The light may take the action in a situation deemed negative now and create the new world from the negative destruction. Use the destruction and allow the new world to rise up like a phoenix in all its glory.

This is the power of the Divine. Engage your Divine core and begin creating a new world from the negative prevalent in the world now.

A tall order but one we can pull together with our love for each other, the world, and our creative energies!

just breathe

The breath has always interested me. My guides talk about the Divine Breath and creation. Once during a class, we were doing a breathing exercise. I had the realization that I was not breathing in, but I was being breathed by Divinity. My exhalation breathed that breath back into the Divine. And what is that Divine? It is the world all around you. My guides had this say today.

With every Divine inhalation, you open the Divinity within yourself. And then with the exhalation, that Divinity moves into the world. This is the stuff of creation. Everything begins as Divine love and light. It is shaped through your energy field and then placed into the world.

you are brilliant light

This weekend we have the Equinox. It brings with it a change of the seasons. Maybe it can bring a change of heart, an opening to the deeper love that is ever present waiting to be acknowledged in each of us. A group of us did this meditation this past week. We were sending love and light to the Ukrainian people and the world. I hope you will meditate along with us and send your beautiful love into the world.

Here is a reminder from my guides too!

We have said it many times, you are love and you are light. In your wholeness, you are love which is manifesting as light. You are coming to the knowing that you are each whole and complete within yourselves. At the same time, you are whole and complete within the greater Whole.

As you are witnessing the turmoil in the world, think on the above statement. You are within yourselves whole and complete and in the vast consciousness that is All That Is, you are also whole and complete.

When you know this in the depth of your heart, you will know that the more love you can give to yourselves, the more love will be present in the greater Whole. You might want to hold yourself in love and feel that love permeate every ounce your your being. As and you feel that love, allow it to radiate into the world adding to the love and light that is ever present. Share your light, bring that brilliance to the dark corners of the world, and allow them to receive the light and wash away the shadows.

winter solstice 2021

Wishing you all the best on this solstice. As with each solstice we are given the opportunity to remember more of who we are. We are given an opportunity to change with that memory. Here is what Seraphina one of my dragon friends along with the gang said the other day! (The guides wrote this about two weeks ago so several of the celestial evens have rolled through.)

We bring you the love and joy of this time of changing seasons. The seasons of each life are changing. The changes are happening deep within each heart. This is a time of renewed birth. A time when the energies open deeply and offer themselves to each part of consciousness. This is call the solstice in your world. It is a time when each heart is touched by light and love and asked to remember who they are. For each are love and light and each have the opportunity to remember this as the light on your earth reaches this or the summer solstice points.

You are light. You are love. You are Divinity made manifest. On your earth that manifestation takes many forms. Divinity is all creation and all creative. Open to the love and light you are. Let that flow and meet the energies arriving with the many celestial happenings in the next little bit of your time. Awaken to the beauty and Divinity that you are.

joyful you!

We are moving through many celestial events since November! It may seem like a roller coaster ride! We can find excitement and fun in that ride or be terrified and a little nauseous! My guides wrote about JOY! They like to write about joy, and I thought this was really nice and helpful. We can choose to embrace the joy and excitement of all the energies coming in. Maybe hug a tree to get your joy moving! Sending love for all the celestial events and especially for this Solstice! Here is what my guides have to say:

You can never exhaust the wonder and beauty of Joy. This is a frequency that is supported by Divine Love and it in turn supports Divine Love. Joy lifts and lightens all beings and all situations! If someone were to sit in a corner of a room filled with a negative vibration, and radiate joy, the room would begin to change frequency quite quickly. Joy is a powerful vibration that will entrain other less powerful vibrations quite easily.

When you align with the earth it is easy to entrain with the joy that is present in the earth. To entrain with that joy is is helpful to be in nature and aware of our surroundings. This is just one of many reason to be in Nature.

The natural world is always available for you to enter into. This can be one tree or a forest, they are both nature. It is the individuals’ appreciation of nature near and around them that begins the process of entraining joy.

Nature is always itself. It is always a reminder for each individual to be themselves. This is another of the many benefits of being in nature.

you are Light!

My guide friends reminded me that we each are Light. Light is the manifestation of Love. They are encouraging us shine our light and to celebrate our Light! In the celebration, you help to bring more Love and Light into the world! Here is what they said today about Light.

You each are Light incarnate. Every part of you is Light. Every cell in your body is the Light that you are. Remember this and allow the Light to glow. You are a radiant being of Light. You are here to hold and radiate Light to the world.

It is time to remember who you are. And as you remember, celebrate yourself and celebrate your Light and all the Light in your world.

the light of you!

Hi! I hope you are finding some quiet time for yourself and using this time to remember who you are. It would seem with all the turmoil in the world that there is a lot of darkness. Rather than focusing on the darkness, my guides remind us that we are light. Take that quiet time and do remember that you are light, and you are love; and that those qualities are your Divine essence. You can give light and love to yourself and the world. You can light up the darkness!

The energies are moving rapidly. They are triggering a multitude of 3rd dimensional experiences. As individuals work through these experiences, they are able to release density throughout all their energy fields.

This density represents the blockages of light. Light is the life bringer, the animator. It allows more light to follow it. As you shine light on density perceived or real, you are introducing light to darkness. Those two states are part and parcel of the 3rd dimensional experience. They are duality often duality in the extreme. Think about the flow of light. It moves quickly and without effort. As it moves it lights and lightens everything it encounters.

As creatures of light, you bring light to each moment. This is who you are moment to moment. The light that you bring is the Divine flow that animates you, that allows you to see the duality in the world and choose light. Choose your Divine expression, choose your Light and see the Divine in all life.

There is no duality. There is only the ever present light of Divinity.

kindness and compassion

Sending love to each of you! My guides talked a bit about kindness and compassion the other day. As love incarnate you always have kindness and compassion available to share. It is an easy way to share your light with the world. When you share your light, you are reminding those you share it with of their potential!

Compassion is an acknowledgement of the connectedness of all things. It is the understanding that part of the Whole needs consideration. Kindness follows compassion. This can be kindness for yourself first. Allowing kindness for yourself will allow you to freely extend kindness to another. The same is true of compassion. Both responses are rooted in love. The love that is transmitted through kindness and compassion is an offering and acknowledgement of the Divinity that the other is and that you are.

This then explains why these are important and helpful for an individual to cultivate. The more responses such as compassion, kindness, and then responses like joy and peace to name a few, that can be extended, the more the Divinity is placed in the world as an active energy.

think huge!

You can feel changes coming to the earth! They are coming as each of us engages our creative abilities. It is like the anticipation that comes with each new season and wondering what it will bring. We are bringing the surprises with this shift. We are creating a new world. My guides are encouraging us to think big, no HUGE!

The creativity that you are beginning to put into your world is just the tip of what you can do. We are encouraging you to think big, no think huge. The changes that you wish to bring to the earth are vast. The changes the earth would like to see are even more vast. So, think huge.

As you begin to dream, listen to your heart. Your heart is connected to all that is, and you can depend on your heart to guide you. The knowledge that your hearts are Divinely connected and at the same time connected to all consciousness will encourage you to step forward with your creations.

you are creative!

Hello! Hope this blog finds you well. We continue in difficult times. It is important to remember that you each are held in love. In that love is a reminder that you are part of the Whole of Creation. As part of that Whole, you are also a creative. I am catching up on my daily writings and back in May here is what my guides were saying:

You are each creative beings. The urge to create is part of your makeup. As 3rd dimensional beings there was limitation on how much energy you were able to access as a creative. As you expand into multi-dimensionality and remember your heart’s connection, you have all of Divinity at your fingertips.

The ability to create instantly will not be available for a while. You are in a time of re-learning and practicing your creative abilities. The need to understand clarity is going to be your, humankind as creators, next learning or we should say re-learning.

Clarity is the ability to view the intended creation and see all the pieces and view how they fit together. It is then a review of the intention and intended creation to see how it meshes with your desires.

For now, you will be practicing individually. Soon, you will begin to create as collectives. Small (collectives) ones at first and then moving into larger groups. You are learning to find and hold clear frequencies that define your creation. Then allowing spirit to help blend these frequencies into being.

Creating is a way of expanding. Equally important it is a way of self-discovery. Each of you is discovering more of who you are day by day, hour by hour. It is like a flower unfolding. You are coming into an opening to who you are at your core. Through your creation you are able to allow that core to flow into your creations, into your world, and flower into something beautiful.

You are currently, in a period of change to continue the idea of the flower, the garden is going into its winter stage and you are getting ready to start a spring garden. You are renewing some things but most of you are planting new. This is a period of choice. You are now able to choose the qualities, colors, and aromas that your new garden will have. Do this with Joy!
