your open heart!

Good morning! Today’s posting is a little longer than normal. It reminds me we are all part of a beautiful mosaic that is life.  

The current condition on earth is one of deep changes. As said before, you are switching from an intellectual base to a heart base. This (heart base) will engage the intellect, but the heart will be the first.

When each of you entered into your time on earth, the initial feeling of separation was the immediate feeling of the lack of love. This feeling elicited many different responses. These reactions permeated your many lifetimes. You each were looking for the love that you felt separated from.

The changes occurring now on your earth are from the feeling a lack of love, to one where each individual re-ignites the love that is from their own heart. This love then spreads and touches other hearts, allowing them to open. This is the deepest level of change that humans are bringing to the earth. This opening of hearts allows for the individual to reunited with their Divine Center (from which your were never separated).  In that reunion not only does the deepest levels of love flow but the reunion with the heart allows reunion within humankind. And grace, blessings and love flow from heart to heart.

let your heart drive

I think you have noticed that we are in a time of huge change. We are in the midst of chaotic energy. It is up to us individually and as a whole to choose how we move forward. We can and are doing it, from our hearts. This blog has been about opening to our hearts, working with our guides, and finding and sharing love and joy. I asked my guides for a reminder about driving from the heart. Here is what they said.

As third dimensional beings you are trained to “think things through,” “figure them out” and maybe do a “risk assessment.” As your energy expands, you are moving into the domain of the heart. The heart feels its way through. Your heart listens to whispers from deep within. It ask you to feel with your body, for many it is that gut feeling. You need to become listeners and feelers.

You are switching from much of what you know to new territory for many. This is not a familiar way to be. All the practice of loving yourself and loving yourself more will help you open your heart and let it drive.

eyes of love

I mentioned before that I have started working with Dragons. The other morning, I asked how they would describe themselves. They said, ‘To be a Dragon is to be a little bit wild and a lot wise.’  Here are some of their thoughts!

Wisdom comes with experience viewed with the eyes of love. When you understand that you are love housed in that body that you think you are, you begin to see with the eyes of love. Those eyes recognize that at its core everything they see is love, Divine Essence expressing in form.

When this happens, the drama falls away and becomes evident as drama and the pain or desire prompting the drama is also self-evident. The person viewing the drama can respond on the level of the drama or see with the eyes of love and view the love that is under the desire or pain creating the drama. The eyes of love will choose the love that is present in the other to respond to and allow the drama to fall away.

you are Light!

My guide friends reminded me that we each are Light. Light is the manifestation of Love. They are encouraging us shine our light and to celebrate our Light! In the celebration, you help to bring more Love and Light into the world! Here is what they said today about Light.

You each are Light incarnate. Every part of you is Light. Every cell in your body is the Light that you are. Remember this and allow the Light to glow. You are a radiant being of Light. You are here to hold and radiate Light to the world.

It is time to remember who you are. And as you remember, celebrate yourself and celebrate your Light and all the Light in your world.

the light of you!

Hi! I hope you are finding some quiet time for yourself and using this time to remember who you are. It would seem with all the turmoil in the world that there is a lot of darkness. Rather than focusing on the darkness, my guides remind us that we are light. Take that quiet time and do remember that you are light, and you are love; and that those qualities are your Divine essence. You can give light and love to yourself and the world. You can light up the darkness!

The energies are moving rapidly. They are triggering a multitude of 3rd dimensional experiences. As individuals work through these experiences, they are able to release density throughout all their energy fields.

This density represents the blockages of light. Light is the life bringer, the animator. It allows more light to follow it. As you shine light on density perceived or real, you are introducing light to darkness. Those two states are part and parcel of the 3rd dimensional experience. They are duality often duality in the extreme. Think about the flow of light. It moves quickly and without effort. As it moves it lights and lightens everything it encounters.

As creatures of light, you bring light to each moment. This is who you are moment to moment. The light that you bring is the Divine flow that animates you, that allows you to see the duality in the world and choose light. Choose your Divine expression, choose your Light and see the Divine in all life.

There is no duality. There is only the ever present light of Divinity.

Sending love! We live in a world that is based on divisions, good/bad, positive/negative, light/dark. We are moving into a world that is based on Unity, Oneness. The steps to this way of being is through the heart. Here is something my guides wrote the other morning!

…This Whole has no divisions; people, animals, minerals, plants are all part of consciousness. The open heart knows this.

Presently, you as a consciousness are working through racial divisions. The divisions came into being very early in humanity’s history. They are based on two factors. The fear of something that is different from self and then the fear that there is not enough, ultimately not enough of Divine Love.

Intellectually, since there is only Divine Love, how can there be anything less than plenty. When fear enters, scarcity becomes possible.

My guides have spoken over time of the heart-head connection. They mentioned it again a week or so ago. I thought I would share it with you! Here is what they had to say:

Opening to all of who you are is simply opening to your heart.

We have said in different ways that the heart is infinite love, infinite light, and infinite wisdom.

Your heart links you to your Divine core and it links you to all of creation at the same time. It is at once an inward and outward view of you and your place in the larger view of things.

The link or engaging your heart has taken a while. Your world is based on a mind approach not a heart approach. This is changing and in many it has changed. The mind is powerful and wonderful. It can connect you to many aspects of your world. It, however, would be even more effective when it is led by the heart in a balance of heart and mind.

This is where we wish to see each of you move into. The mind has been deeply explored. The heart has as well in other spheres of existence. You are bringing them together to work in harmony. To work in balance.

When the heart and mind are allowed a balance, the being does link with their Divine nature and through this engagement in a conscious level they are able to recognize and become aware of a much broader spectrum of life. Their life and others.

With this perspective, you begin to see, hear, taste and smell through the Divine aspects of you. You are open to the breadth and depth of all around you. You will find a new way of communicating.

hum your tune!

Sending love to you all! Hope you are holding up, are healthy and still have a sense of humor. Oh, yes and a stash of chocolate. I have started working with some new guides. They are dragons from the fairy kingdom. They are fun and have a great sense of humor. They present to me as a 60’s rock group. Here is what they had to say this morning.

Allow all of your joy and your soul to shine through your eyes. The joy brings the energy of your soul to your eyes.

The union of the heart and mind allows the transmission of joy on a continual basis. The heart is always connected with the Divine Spark that is You. It is this union coupled with the mind that begins to transform an individual to an individual who is expressing all of who they are. They then speak from a place of wholeness. They can express the depth of the individuated essence. This is where true joy is found.

Find your connection. Find your joy. Hum your tune and be whole! We leave you to find your melody and hum it to the world.

put your heart in the driver’s seat!

My guides started talking about the heart-mind in July 2016 and I posted a couple of blogs. They started reminding me again and I thought I would pass along what they have to say!

Shifting from seeing yourselves as small and probably as victims to seeing yourselves as Divine emanations, is a very large shift. If you can listen to the whispers of your heart, you will start to understand how to do this.

Your heart has always known that you are Divinely connected. Your mind has been structured not to know this. Your heart will be the part of you to help you re-program your mind and to then remember who you are.

You each are in this process now. It comes in many ways. What we might suggest is moving in small steps. Last week we suggested that asking your heart several times a day for direction, would be helpful. We will remind you that it is a helpful thing and it is also an easy way to start to make the shift from your mind leading to your heart leading.

We spoke early on about having your mental process shifting to the passenger seat or even the back seat and allowing your heart to become the driver of your life. Now is the time for this to happen at an even deeper level.

As your heart’s whispers become the guiding force in your life, your life will begin to change. You will start to follow a new pathway, the pathway of your heart, the pathway of your soul and the pathway of your Divine essence.

The Pathway of your Divine Essence is the Pathway you will begin to walk. One step at a time to create a new and beautiful life for yourselves.

joy and love in the face of disaster

Like each of you, I am saddened by the many devastating things happening in the world right now.  Along with the world events, many are going through personal things that are challenging for them. I think it is safe to say that we are in a very intense time.

When I was out walking this morning, my guides reminded me that we are each responsible for the vibrations we generate in our bodies. So, we can be sad or fearful and acknowledge those feelings and then choose to general compassion or joy.  The Pleiadeans, as channeled through Nora Herold http://www.noraherold.com/, tell us when we have a feeling arise, we can look at that feeling, accept it for what it is and sent it love. This allows us to come to a neutral place. Then we can choose vibrate joy, for instance, and create from a whole new place. This is the challenge we are all facing now. Accepting what we are seeing before us, doesn’t mean we wouldn’t prefer something else, and then we can send it love. When we have come to a neutral place we then can vibrate in joy and love and create a new outcome.

My guides commented on joy and love:

Joy that is radiated with love is a powerful reminder that each of you is a channel for the Divine Light that you are. This love and joy is the love and joy that is not altered by external circumstances but helps rebuild the world. Never forget that you are Love manifesting a human body.
