Wishing everyone who will celebrate Thanksgiving, a joyful one! It’s a great time to pause and appreciate the world we live in. You don’t need a holiday as an excuse. We can see all the things that bring us joy and smile any time. Joy is an important frequency in our lives and in the world. My guides had this to say recently!

Joy is a frequency that opens the heart and allows expansion. We have said and will say it again, when you feel joyful, you automatically begin to move and expand. There is nothing you need to do, only feel joy and your heart will open and bring you along your way to your Divine Nature.

You were created to experience and express joy and fun. This has been lost along the way. Find your joy it isn’t lost, and it is just buried deep in your heart.

it comes down to your heart!

Sending you love and wonderful wishes this Halloween! One of my new guides talked about the heart yesterday. She is a Dragon of Joy and Wisdom, Seraphina. Here is what she has to say about aligning with our hearts.

It all comes down to the heart. When you align with your heart and allow it to unfold opening to the world and yourselves, you bring the keys to opening to your joy!

When we say joy, we include the passion and excitement that you came into being to experience. When you experience these as humans, you open to a deeper part of yourselves and begin to understand that you are here to live your Divine Center.

You are here to manifest that Divinity through the human form. This manifestation is love that rests on your joy and passion. Celebrate yourselves and find more of you to celebrate!

Divine essence

We are moving towards the winter solstice. The light seems to be either growing or receding all over the world. Our awareness is directed to that activity. It is an excellent time to honor our own light. Remembering, light is the manifestation of love. Knowing that we live in a dualistic world so, there will also be darkness. Thus, we have the seasons and the length of days changing with those season. Ultimately, it is all one experience, just spread out over time. We seem to be in the middle of a crazy time. Out of the times of chaos we can remember the unity and the One. You can do this by remembering that you are an expression of Divinity. We are love and light and part of a magnificent Whole!

Two sets guides channeled this lovely thought today:

Love and light are who you are. Love and light are what the world is built on. These are the core and foundation of all that you are. You are love and light at your core. These are the Divine energies that build everything!

you are a wonder!

I love what the Dragons have to say!  They tell me that “Dragons love sparkly shiny things. We like them because they reflect the light and make things feel magical.” We are entering a time of accelerated growth! Embrace that growth with love and joy! Let it be magical! It will be much more fun! Here is something the Dragons said a few mornings ago!

Light is magical. Light is Divine Love Manifest. When you immerse yourself in Divine Love, wonderous things can happen.  These are wonderous but you may call them magic. The idea of creating something where there was apparently nothing, is one of the things you all feel is magical expression.

From our standpoint, all creation is magical. The wonder of light, the wonder of love and joy, the wonder of creation are all things that spark the imagination and feel other worldly or magical.

It is simple, a simple feeling if your will.  Why not allow the wonder of a child into your life then all the world is a magical place.

We know this is a great feeling. The opening to the wonder of all the world allows for expansion and joy which brings more expansion and joy. You are light and you are love. They are one and the same. Because that is who you are. As you step into your multi-dimensional self, you will create and bring energy to life where there was nothing before.

celebrate your light!

We have the Equinox this week! The change between summer and fall in the northern hemisphere and winter and spring in the southern hemisphere. A time of change marked by the changing of the light in your area. We are also seeing a change in our personal light. Our light is increasing. We are now asked to have our light shining more and more brightly. Shining it and touching the world, reminding us we are light and love. Reminding us that we have the choice to express that love always! Expressing through our hearts and filling us full of JOY!  My guides remind me that:

Joy is the frequency that opens the heart to allowing the love to flow into the world as light!

My guide friends reminded me that we each are Light. Light is the manifestation of Love. They are encouraging us shine our light and to celebrate our Light! In the celebration, you help to bring more Love and Light into the world! Here is what they said today about Light.

You each are Light incarnate. Every part of you is Light. Every cell in your body is the Light that you are. Remember this and allow the Light to glow. You are a radiant being of Light. You are here to hold and radiate Light to the world.

It is time to remember who you are. And as you remember, celebrate yourself and celebrate your Light and all the Light in your world.

the light of you!

Hi! I hope you are finding some quiet time for yourself and using this time to remember who you are. It would seem with all the turmoil in the world that there is a lot of darkness. Rather than focusing on the darkness, my guides remind us that we are light. Take that quiet time and do remember that you are light, and you are love; and that those qualities are your Divine essence. You can give light and love to yourself and the world. You can light up the darkness!

The energies are moving rapidly. They are triggering a multitude of 3rd dimensional experiences. As individuals work through these experiences, they are able to release density throughout all their energy fields.

This density represents the blockages of light. Light is the life bringer, the animator. It allows more light to follow it. As you shine light on density perceived or real, you are introducing light to darkness. Those two states are part and parcel of the 3rd dimensional experience. They are duality often duality in the extreme. Think about the flow of light. It moves quickly and without effort. As it moves it lights and lightens everything it encounters.

As creatures of light, you bring light to each moment. This is who you are moment to moment. The light that you bring is the Divine flow that animates you, that allows you to see the duality in the world and choose light. Choose your Divine expression, choose your Light and see the Divine in all life.

There is no duality. There is only the ever present light of Divinity.

kindness and compassion

Sending love to each of you! My guides talked a bit about kindness and compassion the other day. As love incarnate you always have kindness and compassion available to share. It is an easy way to share your light with the world. When you share your light, you are reminding those you share it with of their potential!

Compassion is an acknowledgement of the connectedness of all things. It is the understanding that part of the Whole needs consideration. Kindness follows compassion. This can be kindness for yourself first. Allowing kindness for yourself will allow you to freely extend kindness to another. The same is true of compassion. Both responses are rooted in love. The love that is transmitted through kindness and compassion is an offering and acknowledgement of the Divinity that the other is and that you are.

This then explains why these are important and helpful for an individual to cultivate. The more responses such as compassion, kindness, and then responses like joy and peace to name a few, that can be extended, the more the Divinity is placed in the world as an active energy.

love and joy all around you!

Hope your week has gone well! My guides remind me that we can choose to engage all kinds of energies, so why not love and joy! More and more we are going to choose what we feel. Choosing love and joy may seem difficult at times but it is always available to us. I like to think of love, joy, peace, and so on as large flows of energy surrounding us and flowing through us. We can just grab them and invite them to stay a while! Here is what my guides have to say!

Open your hearts to the joy that you are. Open your hearts to the joy and love all around you. Joy and love move through you and around you at all times. The choice to engage them is always available to you. As you engage joy and love moment by moment, you will learn to open and expand into greater and greater love and joy. You change your experience of the world, and you change the world. This is your task now. You can change the world through your experience of joy and love. What could be more exciting than that?!

living your Divinity

This week we have experienced a full moon and a lunar eclipse! Lots of energy there. My guides wrote, earlier in the week, that the energies are helping us clear things that are no longer useful to us out of our energy fields. The energy arriving with the Solstice will fill the spaces created in our energy fields during this time. We can use this Solstice energy to build the foundation of the world we wish to live in! Here is what they had to say:

The astrologic events occurring tomorrow (5-26-21) are a clearing for the energies being presented with the solstice. The clearing over the past two months of family and ancestral energies will be pushed. The letting go of lineage issues or choice of things to study will make way for creating space for higher vibrations. These vibrations will include love and joy. Also, will include like frequencies such as compassion, peace, and gratitude. The world that you each are creating, can be based on these vibrations. This time is a time of choosing. Going forward if you can find a place for one or more of those frequencies, it will help to build the base for that world.

Many are calling it a “new world”. This is true in terms of what you experience now verses what you are creating. What you are actually creating is a remembrance of what it is to live your Divinity. It is a place you all have been and are bringing forward once again.

When you open your heart to the love that is there, ever present for you, then allow that love to flow as your light into the world, you will be living your Divinity. It will be a reminder for all. It will also lay down the base, the foundation, for the world that you are re-creating!
