Loving yourself is what will lead you to understanding that you are love at the very core of your being. To offer anything but love to yourself is a denial of who you are.
This was the first sentence of a longer piece I channeled earlier this year. The guides went on to talk about awakening, energy and letting go. If you only read the sentence above you have it all. But if you are like me and curious about where they take the conversation from there, I am including the rest. This breaks my promise of short thoughts but this was very helpful to me then and it is again now. So, I share it with you.
This denial of yourself has been part and parcel of life on earth. As you awaken, the love that has been masked within you rises up. For some this will be a wondrous experience for others there may be some pain or pause as the love begins to rise.
We would ask you to embrace both equally, the wonder and the pause or pain. You are all experiences. Accepting all you have been as an individual and as a humanity is key to your growth. Acceptance does not mean that you approve of actions, acceptance merely recognizes what is.
In the exploration of possibilities that you could have as an individual or humanity, there have been many events and experiences that you may hold the preference that they never happened, this is fine. However, holding the preference, you may still look at the experience and ask two questions: 1) where is the love in this; and 2) how did this serve me, either personally or as human kind.
By reflecting on these questions, you allow yourself to look at the situation from a curious point of view. There is no resistance in curiosity. The absence of resistance allows a free flow of energy and a greater understanding of an experience. It moves you into a place of acceptance and perhaps even a neutral feeling towards the experience. You may continue to have another preference with regard to the experience but the rigidity in your energy field has softened and energy is flowing.
What does this have to do with awakening? On an energy level you are just that, energy. Looking at a human as energy is different than looking at the flesh and blood of a human but not entirely. The energy bodies inform the flesh and blood of the human body, so in that way they will inform a person’s health and well-being. When an energy field is not moving for some reason, this will eventually translate into the physical body as an issue. It is helpful for each of you to have a free flow of energy informing your physical bodies.
The process of awakening is asking each person and the whole of humanity to free their energy fields so that they flow, allowing the energies that make up the individual and the collective humanity to move without restrictions. Without limitations.
Many of you now are in this stage of awakening. Moving experiences that you have held on to for varying periods of time. It can be just as hard to release wondrous experiences as uncomfortable or painful experiences. This is a letting go of your judgement of the situation and allowing yourself to have had the experience but not to hold on to it with a vise like grip.
You are love. You are also held in love. You are never alone.
It is time to recognize this statement and ask for the love and support that you want and need at this time to assist you in whatever way might be helpful to you.
As you let go of your attachments to your experiences, your energy will become free flowing. Love permeates your entire energy field because you have taken the constrictions off of your energy. You have unbound your love.
