expand your heart!

Summer is here, at least in Southern California. I think of summer as a time of quiet growth, relaxation and fun. This summer seems a bit more active growth wise. Time seems to be zooming and we are being asked to grow more quickly. My guides talk about our growth.

The changes that are occurring in your world and for you personally reach deep into the fabric of consciousness.

Consciousness is the Divine when taken as a whole. So, the changes are in fact an expansion of the Divine. The Divine grows and changes through each of us. As we grow and evolve, so does Divinity for each are Divine and the Divine is each. It is a revolving flow of energy that has many flows, many waves.

As you individually move through this period of time, you will be asked to expand and in or with that expansion to go deeper into your heart and open that deeply.

The heart is the junction point for all consciousness. It is the heart that expands the consciousness. The heart that links all together. We mean all of all. The Divine is our heart and as you move more deeply into your heart, you access more of that Divinity. When you open your heart from that new place, you then allow the Divine flow to move through you into the world.

your open heart

Hi! Hope you are going to have a wonderful weekend. My guides had this to say recently. I thought you would enjoy it too!

Each heart is ready to open to that deepest part of themselves. Opening to the love that you are. Allowing that love to flow through all of you, healing and up lifting you. Love, light, and joy blend together in you and allow the expansion (in you that) the world is waiting for. Let the love expand within you and then overflow into your new world.

I think they said it best! Let your Love Light & Joy blend and expand in you and then flow into your world! Lots of love!! Linda

hot chocolate!

The other night my guides wrote this with me. It was like a cup of hot chocolate with lots of whip cream…yummy! The energy that is coming to help us expand has been intense of late. So, a cup of hot chocolate with lots of whip cream or little marshmallows sounded like a good thing to share.

The love that each of you is, is what the world is waiting to receive. Open your hearts and allow the flow of all that you are to fill you and fill the world.

We speak so often about love. We cannot stress enough that you each are Divinity incarnate. You are the love that Divinity is and as you allow that love to move within you, you allow Divinity its full expression in the world through you.

You are Divine in your Wholeness and you are Divinity in action in your individuation.

Thanks for remembering who you are! And then having a cup of hot chocolate maybe with both whip cream and marshmallows! Wishing you lots and lots of love and giggles! Linda
