In the deepest part of your heart center there rests a light that is your essence. It is your Divinity. It is here to express through your heart. On this Thanksgiving eve, Namaste. I send love and bow to your hearts from mine. Thank YOU for being YOU!

Healing is revealing your Divinity to yourself.

This means that healing can take many different forms.

You can heal yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or physically. As many ways as you can forget your Divine nature you can heal yourself back into that remembrance.

You have always been Divine and will always be Divine. This is what eternal means. There is no Alpha and Omega for the soul that you are.

doing it your way!

In the spring of 2013, I had several conversations with a dear friend and our guides. I just came across some of those writings and thought I would share them with you. We are moving into a time of great change. That change will be different for each of us. This might give you some insight into your process.

Healing begins when you begin to awaken to your Divinity. This doesn’t have to be a sudden awakening from your sleep. It can be a slow stretching and gently coming into fuller and fuller consciousness. In this awakening you will probably not need that morning cup of coffee to propel you into action. The spark of self-memory will act as that cup of coffee and the thirst you didn’t know you had for your true identity will thrust you into action.

You are on an amazing journey at this point. You as a consciousness and we mean all on earth at this time, are awakening in various stages or degrees. Those who are more awake will be assisting those who are just starting to stir for it is in the assisting of those who are just starting to awaken that those who are awake will realize more and more of their own Divine Nature.

There are no steps to the process of awakening. You may awaken slowly or quickly. You will be who you are as a personality, and some individuals do move at a slower pace and some at a faster pace. It does not matter. The faster pace will leap over details that a slower awakener might explore. It is all personal choice. You will all arrive at the same place in Divine right timing.

Divine right timing is something that makes a third dimensional thinker chase their tail. For there is no way to control or direct Divine right timing it can only move into the flow of it and then move with the current?

Flow and the concept of flow is important. There is not a natural time progression in the universe, however, there is an orderly progression that you impose on events. This is because most of you do not like to have the end of the story told before you start.

So, Divine flow is actually a larger concept than orderly events. Divine Flow is that movement, dance that energy engages in. It is the very movement of Divinity. As you awaken to your own Divinity, you may join into the Universal dance or flow of energy. This is the activity that moves an individual’s energy physically. This is where healing and awakening and all things begin.

Divine flow is your stream of life. It is your life.

your open heart!

Good morning! Today’s posting is a little longer than normal. It reminds me we are all part of a beautiful mosaic that is life.

The current condition on earth is one of deep changes. As said before, you are switching from an intellectual base to a heart base. This (heart base) will engage the intellect, but the heart will be the first.

When each of you entered into your time on earth, the initial feeling of separation was the immediate feeling of the lack of love. This feeling elicited many different responses. These reactions permeated your many lifetimes. You each were looking for the love that you felt separated from.

The changes occurring now on your earth are from the feeling a lack of love, to one where each individual re-ignites the love that is from their own heart. This love then spreads and touches other hearts, allowing them to open. This is the deepest level of change that humans are bringing to the earth. This opening of hearts allows for the individual to reunited with their Divine Center (from which your were never separated). In that reunion not only does the deepest levels of love flow but the reunion with the heart allows reunion within humankind. And grace, blessings and love flow from heart to heart.

let your heart drive

I think you have noticed that we are in a time of huge change. We are in the midst of chaotic energy. It is up to us individually and as a whole to choose how we move forward. We can and are doing it, from our hearts. This blog has been about opening to our hearts, working with our guides, and finding and sharing love and joy. I asked my guides for a reminder about driving from the heart. Here is what they said.

As third dimensional beings you are trained to “think things through,” “figure them out” and maybe do a “risk assessment.” As your energy expands, you are moving into the domain of the heart. The heart feels its way through. Your heart listens to whispers from deep within. It ask you to feel with your body, for many it is that gut feeling. You need to become listeners and feelers.

You are switching from much of what you know to new territory for many. This is not a familiar way to be. All the practice of loving yourself and loving yourself more will help you open your heart and let it drive.

gratitude and joy!

I am taking a couple of classes now, one with Jarrad Hewett and one with Nora Herold (actually a broadcast). Jarrad and his guides are emphasizing gratitude. Being grateful for the tiniest thing and letting that gratitude build. Nora and her guides are emphasizing joy. To me gratitude and joy go hand in hand. Gratitude opens your energy field to a flow of beautiful energy which opens your heart. The open heart reaches into the joy of the experience you are grateful for.

The idea being that your open heart allows you to engage your Divine Source. You are always connected to that Source but maybe not engaged. Each lifetime you have taken has been an embodiment of Divine Source energy. When you engage that energy, you manifest it in your world.

In May of 2022 my guides wrote in my blog:

Gratitude as part of an individuated life allows that person to engage in a larger flow of energy which is a kin to love.

The love of the Divine is ultimately what gratitude leads to. When someone is grateful, they open their heart and allow an upwelling of energy. That energy is your Divine essence, love.

As the upwelling continues while the person is grateful, it is an opportunity to expand the Divine flow in your life.

Find a small thing to be grateful for in the midst of the chaos and pain in the world today! Then find the joy in it! Sending my love, gratitude for you and joy and love that you are you! Linda

The question on everyone’s mind as these natural disasters happen is, how can I help? My guides have always suggested that love is the answer. They put it beautifully today!

What is needed to move forward in the face of the disaster that has occurred, Love. Love, you say. How can that help with the devastation that we face? Love is who you are. Love can be an outpouring from you when you open your heart. The open heart then guides you to appropriate actions. It brings you to places where you can offer yourself or your talents to help. Your heart can direct you to healing. Healing for yourself and others.

You are love. You are love incarnated to experience all shades of love. Allow yourself to open to the love deep in the center of your heart. Once open, allow it to flow freely through you to support and point you in the direction you might go.

We send love. Love is the best you can offer the world. Let love lead you.

change

Change comes to us all in various forms. I am blessed to be able to write to you from my home in greater Los Angeles. The horrific fires are still moving through several areas. Change has been happening in many different ways across the world. It is making way for the new. It doesn’t make it any easier when it comes knocking on your door. It calls for a calm peaceful heart to face the change and ask for guidance in co-creating the new. Not a trivial task.

My guides remind us that we have all vibrations within us and that our world is a reflection of these vibrations. They liken our individual expression to a musical instrument. Here is what they suggest:

For too long the base notes on earth have been fear and division. Look deep into your heart and allow new notes to vibrate. Maybe find love, peace and grace and allow them to be a chord to move throughout your body. Let them replace the old notes and allow the new to hold you and bring you into the new world.

moving forward

A few thoughts have been wandering around in my head. As individuals and a collective we are mapping our way forward into the world we are creating. Many times, this means we will let go of who we have been before we can grasp and understand who we are becoming. My guides talked about faith and trust in connection with our changes.

Faith is how you will step forward into a new version of you. Faith is not something that hinges on air. Faith is an innate understanding of what can be and the knowledge that it is attainable.

In the case of becoming more of you, faith in yourself and your energy that you moves will be supported.

There is a lot of trust in the process. Throughout your lifetimes you have been building the trust in yourself and trust in the totality of your energy.

Now is the time to embrace the faith and trust you have in your totality and allow it to assist your changes.

The other evening my guides suggested this technique of integrating more of who you are as love into your manifest self. Feeling the love that you are is the key. Try it!

Be not afraid of love. Be not afraid of life. When you fully embrace the love that you are, fear fades and you embrace the life you are experiencing in that moment.

This approach will let you stride through the changes you are experiencing. It will let you find approaches or pathways through the events of your day that can be filled with light.

To embrace and begin to integrate the love you are deeper into your physical form try this:

Be quiet, begin to feel something that makes you smile. This opens your heart. Now, as you continue to feel the love for something that makes you smile, allow that feeling to seep into every corner of your body. Feel the love and let it flow through you and around you.

You may do this as often as you like. It is simple. Feeling is the key to integrating your love more deeply into your body.

expand your heart!

Summer is here, at least in Southern California. I think of summer as a time of quiet growth, relaxation and fun. This summer seems a bit more active growth wise. Time seems to be zooming and we are being asked to grow more quickly. My guides talk about our growth.

The changes that are occurring in your world and for you personally reach deep into the fabric of consciousness.

Consciousness is the Divine when taken as a whole. So, the changes are in fact an expansion of the Divine. The Divine grows and changes through each of us. As we grow and evolve, so does Divinity for each are Divine and the Divine is each. It is a revolving flow of energy that has many flows, many waves.

As you individually move through this period of time, you will be asked to expand and in or with that expansion to go deeper into your heart and open that deeply.

The heart is the junction point for all consciousness. It is the heart that expands the consciousness. The heart that links all together. We mean all of all. The Divine is our heart and as you move more deeply into your heart, you access more of that Divinity. When you open your heart from that new place, you then allow the Divine flow to move through you into the world.
