I was writing with the guides, Helios, this morning. I have been aware that it is time to begin to create ourselves and our lives moment to moment. I thought what they had to say is nice and encouraging.

We would like to address the energy of the solstice. You are beginning to feel the energies now. The energy carries with it the deepest reminder of your nature. This is a push for all those who have prepared to move into a fuller, if not a full, degree of awakening.

For those who are not ready to let go into a new, for this life time, identity, the struggle between the true self and the ego self will continue and become even more pronounced. This struggle is being play out in many ways on your earth.

The ego is strong and since it operates on fear levels, it is powerful. The fear to give up the way of being humans have had for many years is great and growing in power. The unknown is one of the, if not the, greatest fear humankind deals with.

When you, each, understand that you are creating what goes into your unknown, then the unknown takes on the level of possibility and potential rather than a blank void.

As the ones who are stepping into the unknown with the knowledge and capability to manifest, we would suggest this is an excellent opportunity to lead. An opportunity to teach and lead the way forward in creating a world and life that is one humanity. Each incarnating consciousness on your planet arrived with the desire to expand from small limited beings and to blossom fully into the multi-dimensional being that you are and always have been.

Lead by example. Lead with love. Lead with the grace that is ever present for and in you. Create beauty, joy and love in the void that the world sees before it. You are not alone in this task. There are many poised to do the same creating. We celebrate your ability and what you will create.

you are spirit having a human experience!

Early in my training at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, we learned to say Hello to another as spirit. I still love the experience of greeting people as more than their body. I have been thinking about this lately and asked my guides to comment. Here is what they had to say:

Most on your world have focused on their identity first as a physical being then as what they do in the world. This has been true for a very long time. You each are indeed physical and doing beings. And you are so much more. You are spiritual beings each carrying the Divine spark within. This spark waiting patiently to be expressed in the world.

When you trained all those years ago, you were taught to say Hello to spirit when you encountered someone. You did this through your intention to have your greeting reach the spirit of that person. You sent the hello as a recognition that they were spirit, that they were more than their physical body. This was for many a validation and a wakeup call.  To be recognized in your world as sprit is becoming more common but still it does not happen with as great a frequency as it could. As each individual recognizes themselves as a spiritual being, they open to the Divinity within. This opening will happen at a greater rate as more and more recognize themselves and each other as spirit.

How do you say Hello or Hi to another person to acknowledge them as spirit? First you set your intention to recognize yourself moment to moment as the child of God that you are. Then you set your intention to recognize those you interact with as that same offspring of Divinity. When you greet the next individual in your day, say Hello and ask that that greeting from your heart reaches their spirit deep in their heart as well.

our “clairs”

I haven’t written about psychic “stuff” for a long while. Being psychic is becoming more and more a part of everyone’s life. We are knowing, feeling, hearing and seeing things that we would consider beyond our 5 senses more and more frequently. As the earth energies are changing so are our abilities.

Often these psychic happenings can go unnoticed in our busy lives. It is good to slow down and be a little more aware of what is happening in our bodies. Our bodies are our psychic connect. You might find yourself knowing things (claircognizants), feeling things (clairsentient), hearing things (clairaudient), seeing things (clairvoyant) and even smelling things (I’m not sure what “clair” that is).

Each of these “clairs” are ways of engaging both the physical world and the spiritual world.  We each are both physical and spiritual beings. We have had a lot of practice being physical. We work, have families, go to schools, have full lives. In most cases, we miss recognizing the awareness that may come through our “clair” abilities. These are whispers that have been in our lives connecting us to ourselves, each other and the spirit world.

These re-awakened sensory abilities are becoming an important part of our lives. They come to us as we learn that we can allow ourselves to be as opposed to do. Think of being as a state of unfolding. As you connect with yourself in the moment, you allow yourself to fully be in the moment, with a quiet mind, and allow the moment to unfold within you. You unfold into the beautiful flower that you are. You are being your Essence!

My guides had a short message this morning. I thought I’d share it with you.

You are moving into your hearts. As you move into your hearts and operate from that place, you will begin to release the restrictions you have placed on yourselves and move into the joyful, abundance of the heart. This is where humankind stands now. The next steps will bring you closer to your dreams. You are standing at that very threshold. You are opening to your heart.

Spring is happening all around the northern hemisphere and fall is happening in the southern hemisphere. These are seasons of change. When we enter a time of change we can make choices which directs our energies. I came across the following from my guides a few days ago and thought you would enjoy it!

All these months we have been teaching and discussing the way of the heart. It is a pathway of love, joy and expansion. We know that staying on the pathway does not always feel like love, joy and expansion.

So, we come again this day to whisper in your ears and to let you know that each of those states of being are by ones choosing. Each time you pick yourselves up and choose love, joy and/or expansion, you return to the path that you walk with renewed dedication. It is this dedication that builds a solid foundation for the individual and all humanity. For each has their own pathway and each of those pathways are co-joined with all paths. The stronger one path becomes the stronger they all become. This is how the Universe works.

You, each human, are part of the whole fabric of Divine Life. Each success and each apparent failure change that fabric but more important the choices made subsequent to the success or failure bring a greater change and a richness to the fabric.

This is where humanity is now. Choosing. Choosing how to step forward. Choosing love over fear and if you should choose fear, do so in full consciousness and recognize that you may make this your next step toward walking into love. Move out, one step at a time from the emotion that holds you in a place you choose not to be.

The first step is always recognizing where you are. This perhaps is the most difficult. You, humanity, has been there so long that it seems normal and a place that just is. When you recognize that you are in a place you would rather not be and choose to step into a new place, this is you awakening.

This is where humanity is. Slowly awakening to where they are and examining it. For many this place will be just fine and for many they will find that change is what they desire. Baby steps. When you find yourself desiring change, allow the change to come incrementally. Let the first step be to look for love, joy or expansion. Like hot coffee little sips until you become used to the energy that you are engaging.

let your love! let your joy!

Now in the chaotic world more than ever finding and loving both yourself and other is so important. Loving lets you be part of the fabric of life. It is the unifying energy underlying everything. If we open our hearts to the love that is within us and share it with ourselves and the world, we are helping to create a world that is filled with that love, not fear.

My angelic guides continued the discussion of love and joy:

Let joy fill your heart and lead the love that you are into your world!

Choose how you want your world to be. Choose from love and joy and you will begin to create love and joy. Choose from fear and anger and you will create more fear and anger.

The Divine heart that you are holds no judgement and creates as you wish. Engage your Divine heart and allow your heart to bring you your desire. Desire is a driving factor in your world. Rather than desire a thing, try to desire a vibration such as love, joy, peace or any number of other vibrations. As you hold these vibrations, they will bubble up inside of you and awaken your heart center. As your Divine center opens and responds to the vibration it treats it as a request for creation. Then your heart begins to bring you that very vibration.

more thoughts on love and joy

This post is a continuation of the last blog. My guides wrote more over the next few days.

The idea of a smile moving you into joy is an important one. The human body is constructed for a couple of things. It is the vessel for the spiritual energy, it is itself spiritual energy. It is also a transmitter and receiver of vibrations.

Each part of the human form is designed with this type of ability. Each vibration is designed to move the whole in a direction. Until now the vibrations have been rather crude emotions. Emotions which are not harmonious. We would suggest by focusing on joy, you will move your groups into a place of harmony.

The chaos that abounds now is a distraction from taking a step into harmony. We would again suggest the vibration to focus on is joy. This is a holographic vibration as we discuss. As such even vibrating the slightest bit of joy produces the whole vibration.

Find things that make you smile. Find things that make your heart glad. Then you will be holding the vibration of joy and putting that vibration into your world as an organizing factor.

The underlying vibration of each person is unconditional love. This love is their Divine center. The supporting energy or vibration for that love is joy. When you maintain the vibration of joy you not only support yourself, you support and enhance the Divinity deep within yourself. You create a pathway for that Divinity, Divine love, Divine light to come up within you and shine forth to light your way and to shine a guiding light for all you encounter.

Finding your joy it is the key to your Divine center and your Divine center is your key to joy. It is all one just as each of you are part of the All .

Valentine’s day my Angelic guides wrote to me about love. They introduced over the next few days the understanding that love and joy are holographic in nature. They went on to outline how love and joy work together. Here are a couple excerpts from their channelings.

This day you celebrate all about love. On your planet, there is much discussion about love and what it means. Yet it has still many meanings. Each person holds in their heart an understanding of love. What it means to them.

It is time to expand that understanding. Love looks on all and all things with soft eyes. It does not judge, it may wish something more for you but it sees the whole of you, all of who you are. It is time to see yourselves with the same soft eyes and wish for more for yourselves.

When you think of yourself within a holographic world, each little bit of love expressed contains all the parts of the fullest love or unconditional love.

Unconditional love knows no bounds. It has no edges. It has no limits. When unconditional love is expressed it is the fullest expression of Divinity. It does not matter who or how the love is expressed, Divinity pours through the expression and expands into the world.

So, we go back to the idea of expressing love with some limits attached. And even with the limits the holograph presented is the full unconditional expression of love. This is why each expression of love is important. The whole will always be present even when only a part is expressed.

deeper love

Nora Herold in her monthly channeling of the Pleiadeans http://www.noraherold.com/ talked about how we are going to be stepping into new rolls. These rolls will put us in the position of guides and teachers to our fellow earth friends. In this morning’s channeling, my angelic friends had the following to say:

Each of you are moving into a new phase. You are now in a position to hold love for yourself and because you are able to do that, you can open and show others how to love themselves. Loving yourself is an on-going theme for each of you. You came to this earth to bring love and joy, you have persevered and have been successful many ways your whole life. This is now opening and you will start to emit love and joy in greater and greater ways. This may not become a public life but you will have an impactful life.

Dr. Peebles as channeled by Natalie Gianelli http://nataliegianelli.com/ suggested three thoughts to affirm often:

  1. I am energy first.
  2. I love myself.
  3. I am open to receive.

I wrote briefly about these three affirmations in my November 18, 2016 blog “living in interesting times”. I have been meditating more on the thought that I am energy first over the past week. I spoke with my guides and here is what they had to say:

The third dimension is based on the idea that you are physical form. Once you recognize the makeup of physicality in the third dimension, you begin to unravel the idea that you are a dense form  and begin the journey to understanding yourself as a spiritual being. You recognize you are spirit in a human body. Not just a physical body. This is a big step.

When you see yourself as energy first, you cease to see yourself as density and begin to see yourself as an energetic being who is creating form to engage in an experience. As a creator and energetic being you are infinite, eternal and omnipresent. Sound familiar? You are energy first, engaging your Divine essence and creating.
