In this tumultuous time, it is good to know we have our friends to turn to and our community to support us. We also have our unphysical friends. I call guides. We come into this life with guides and have many guides throughout our lives. Sometimes we are aware of unseen help or thoughts that are helpful that drift through our awareness. They are here to support and guide us through the changes that we are moving through. Send out a HELLO! And expand your support and community!

Dear one(s) we come to you today to speak of relationships one can have between those you do not see and yourselves.

You call us guides and teachers. We are that as you are to each other but more than that we are your friends.

We view friendship in very broad terms so indeed, we come to you to teach at times, guide at times, entertain at times and comfort at times. We are always present for you and with you.

Just as you do not remember your own Divinity you also do not always remember, we are here. We stand with you at all times. There are times when you are sitting in a very crowded room and do not know the love and support is present there for you.

So how do you begin to work with your unseen friends? You send us a Howdy and that opens the lines of communication. These lines are usually in existence from your childhood. When you send energy down these lines, they come awake and are once again active. So, it is like meeting an old friend. The communication may slip into place, and it feels like you are picking up a conversation from months or years ago. Or maybe the communication is tenuous, and it takes a few hellos or howdy on your part to open up the chatter again.

How you communicates with us totally depends on how your psychic awareness is comfortable receiving and how your body is set up to receive information.

So, if you are comfortable with the idea of us, your unseen friends, then it is up to your body. Your body may attune to us through seeing, hearing, feeling, or knowing. Your task is to determine how your body receives information. We can help you with this. When you first send out to us start with a simple request perhaps as simple as Hi back. Then stay aware over the next few days. As the lines of communication are established, the response from us may be instantaneous or may take some time relative to you on earth. Know we always answer and it is always immediate from our perspective.

In the deepest part of your heart center there rests a light that is your essence. It is your Divinity. It is here to express through your heart. On this Thanksgiving eve, Namaste. I send love and bow to your hearts from mine. Thank YOU for being YOU!

Healing is revealing your Divinity to yourself.

This means that healing can take many different forms.

You can heal yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or physically. As many ways as you can forget your Divine nature you can heal yourself back into that remembrance.

You have always been Divine and will always be Divine. This is what eternal means. There is no Alpha and Omega for the soul that you are.

gratitude and joy!

I am taking a couple of classes now, one with Jarrad Hewett and one with Nora Herold (actually a broadcast). Jarrad and his guides are emphasizing gratitude. Being grateful for the tiniest thing and letting that gratitude build. Nora and her guides are emphasizing joy. To me gratitude and joy go hand in hand. Gratitude opens your energy field to a flow of beautiful energy which opens your heart. The open heart reaches into the joy of the experience you are grateful for.

The idea being that your open heart allows you to engage your Divine Source. You are always connected to that Source but maybe not engaged. Each lifetime you have taken has been an embodiment of Divine Source energy. When you engage that energy, you manifest it in your world.

In May of 2022 my guides wrote in my blog:

Gratitude as part of an individuated life allows that person to engage in a larger flow of energy which is a kin to love.

The love of the Divine is ultimately what gratitude leads to. When someone is grateful, they open their heart and allow an upwelling of energy. That energy is your Divine essence, love.

As the upwelling continues while the person is grateful, it is an opportunity to expand the Divine flow in your life.

Find a small thing to be grateful for in the midst of the chaos and pain in the world today! Then find the joy in it! Sending my love, gratitude for you and joy and love that you are you! Linda

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sending out a big Hello and love to each of you! I have been experiencing life in the extreme in the past little bit. Throughout it my guides have supported and loved me as have you! I wish you each to know the love that you are! In this time of gratitude, I wish to thank you for your love. And to remind you that you are love. You are a child of the Divine. You are at your core Divine Love. Here is a little something my guides wrote for the solstice in 2018. Enjoy!

Love is Divine energy in motion and light is that energy manifest in your world. We have said this before.

Think of what this means. It means that love is the basis of everything you can see or encounter. That love is Divinity manifest. Just as you are a manifestation of Divinity, everything is as well.

As you move into the energy made available to you this solstice, you will begin to receive a greater understanding of yourself and be asked to live that understanding.

This expanded knowledge of yourself is one that you will come to love deeply. The energy you will experience is your Divinity moving through your physical form.

The animation of you has always been through Divine essence. Now, you will have an understanding of that essence and allow it to move your life through grace. The grace to open to the Divine flow that is ever present for you and will continue to be there for you as your expand and create your lives.

The creativity that is becoming available to each of you will allow you to shape first your personal lives and then your world. You are stepping off into a whole new and we hope exciting venture.

gratitude

I was just going through some notes and notice what the guides had to say about gratitude a while ago! With all the things going on in the world it is helpful to remind ourselves that we have things to be grateful for and to be grateful. Here is what the guides have to say:

you are Light!

My guide friends reminded me that we each are Light. Light is the manifestation of Love. They are encouraging us shine our light and to celebrate our Light! In the celebration, you help to bring more Love and Light into the world! Here is what they said today about Light.

You each are Light incarnate. Every part of you is Light. Every cell in your body is the Light that you are. Remember this and allow the Light to glow. You are a radiant being of Light. You are here to hold and radiate Light to the world.

It is time to remember who you are. And as you remember, celebrate yourself and celebrate your Light and all the Light in your world.

the light of you!

Hi! I hope you are finding some quiet time for yourself and using this time to remember who you are. It would seem with all the turmoil in the world that there is a lot of darkness. Rather than focusing on the darkness, my guides remind us that we are light. Take that quiet time and do remember that you are light, and you are love; and that those qualities are your Divine essence. You can give light and love to yourself and the world. You can light up the darkness!

The energies are moving rapidly. They are triggering a multitude of 3rd dimensional experiences. As individuals work through these experiences, they are able to release density throughout all their energy fields.

This density represents the blockages of light. Light is the life bringer, the animator. It allows more light to follow it. As you shine light on density perceived or real, you are introducing light to darkness. Those two states are part and parcel of the 3rd dimensional experience. They are duality often duality in the extreme. Think about the flow of light. It moves quickly and without effort. As it moves it lights and lightens everything it encounters.

As creatures of light, you bring light to each moment. This is who you are moment to moment. The light that you bring is the Divine flow that animates you, that allows you to see the duality in the world and choose light. Choose your Divine expression, choose your Light and see the Divine in all life.

There is no duality. There is only the ever present light of Divinity.

kindness and compassion

Sending love to each of you! My guides talked a bit about kindness and compassion the other day. As love incarnate you always have kindness and compassion available to share. It is an easy way to share your light with the world. When you share your light, you are reminding those you share it with of their potential!

Compassion is an acknowledgement of the connectedness of all things. It is the understanding that part of the Whole needs consideration. Kindness follows compassion. This can be kindness for yourself first. Allowing kindness for yourself will allow you to freely extend kindness to another. The same is true of compassion. Both responses are rooted in love. The love that is transmitted through kindness and compassion is an offering and acknowledgement of the Divinity that the other is and that you are.

This then explains why these are important and helpful for an individual to cultivate. The more responses such as compassion, kindness, and then responses like joy and peace to name a few, that can be extended, the more the Divinity is placed in the world as an active energy.

living your Divinity

This week we have experienced a full moon and a lunar eclipse! Lots of energy there. My guides wrote, earlier in the week, that the energies are helping us clear things that are no longer useful to us out of our energy fields. The energy arriving with the Solstice will fill the spaces created in our energy fields during this time. We can use this Solstice energy to build the foundation of the world we wish to live in! Here is what they had to say:

The astrologic events occurring tomorrow (5-26-21) are a clearing for the energies being presented with the solstice. The clearing over the past two months of family and ancestral energies will be pushed. The letting go of lineage issues or choice of things to study will make way for creating space for higher vibrations. These vibrations will include love and joy. Also, will include like frequencies such as compassion, peace, and gratitude. The world that you each are creating, can be based on these vibrations. This time is a time of choosing. Going forward if you can find a place for one or more of those frequencies, it will help to build the base for that world.

Many are calling it a “new world”. This is true in terms of what you experience now verses what you are creating. What you are actually creating is a remembrance of what it is to live your Divinity. It is a place you all have been and are bringing forward once again.

When you open your heart to the love that is there, ever present for you, then allow that love to flow as your light into the world, you will be living your Divinity. It will be a reminder for all. It will also lay down the base, the foundation, for the world that you are re-creating!

waking up to your heart!

My guides are telling me to be aware of the new awakening that is happening. They have talked about it twice in the past couple of weeks in terms of a new day. I share them both with you here.

Human consciousness awakens. It is opening its eyes to the dawn; a sun rise that it hasn’t seen before. It is a sun rise to be greeted with an open heart. A heart that stands open to embrace All That Is.

When consciousness fully awakens to its heart it will understand the individuation within the Unity. They are not exclusive; they are part of each other. They are One.

The heart joins heart to heart to form the unity, the One. And the heart knows itself so that it knows its individuation within the Unity.

I was surprised this morning when they wrote this echoing their message from about a week ago.

The light of a new dawn is growing on the horizon of human life. This is a re-awakening to the beauty that it is to be human. The full span of an individuated life shows the pathway and seeking they have done to return to their heart. To return to the knowing of their Divine heritage.

This journey is a perpetual one that will reveal more of Divinity with each step. Divinity knows its wholeness through the individuations and the individuations are learning their Divine wholeness through life. It is a weaving motion working both inward and outward. A never ending journey to the depth of your heart.

We leave you and wish you the joy of that heart and the journey ever deeper to it.
