The other evening my guides suggested this technique of integrating more of who you are as love into your manifest self. Feeling the love that you are is the key. Try it!

Be not afraid of love. Be not afraid of life. When you fully embrace the love that you are, fear fades and you embrace the life you are experiencing in that moment.

This approach will let you stride through the changes you are experiencing. It will let you find approaches or pathways through the events of your day that can be filled with light.

To embrace and begin to integrate the love you are deeper into your physical form try this:

Be quiet, begin to feel something that makes you smile. This opens your heart. Now, as you continue to feel the love for something that makes you smile, allow that feeling to seep into every corner of your body. Feel the love and let it flow through you and around you.

You may do this as often as you like. It is simple. Feeling is the key to integrating your love more deeply into your body.

the heart wants

My guides channeled this piece a short while ago and I have found it helpful. We are each creating our next steps, one at a time. We are walking pathways that haven’t been walked before. Our hearts will guide us. Here are some thoughts from my guides.

There is a statement “the heart wants what the heart wants.”

It is true and we would expand on that a bit. The heart does indeed know what it wants. Your heart is connected to your Divine self. It is the Divine center and the channel for communication with the deepest part of your Divine self.

So, when the heart knows, it is an informed knowing. This is what would be a knowing that surpasses all questioning or doubt. It carries the strength and certainty that comes with that Divine connection.

When an individuated soul personality moves with an open heart the passageway opens for that deep communication which we will call communion with the Divine Center.

Each chakra has the Divine connection. The heart chakra is the primary connection. Then as it opens and expands it opens the other chakras to their full potential (connection).

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sending out a big Hello and love to each of you! I have been experiencing life in the extreme in the past little bit. Throughout it my guides have supported and loved me as have you! I wish you each to know the love that you are! In this time of gratitude, I wish to thank you for your love. And to remind you that you are love. You are a child of the Divine. You are at your core Divine Love. Here is a little something my guides wrote for the solstice in 2018. Enjoy!

Love is Divine energy in motion and light is that energy manifest in your world. We have said this before.

Think of what this means. It means that love is the basis of everything you can see or encounter. That love is Divinity manifest. Just as you are a manifestation of Divinity, everything is as well.

As you move into the energy made available to you this solstice, you will begin to receive a greater understanding of yourself and be asked to live that understanding.

This expanded knowledge of yourself is one that you will come to love deeply. The energy you will experience is your Divinity moving through your physical form.

The animation of you has always been through Divine essence. Now, you will have an understanding of that essence and allow it to move your life through grace. The grace to open to the Divine flow that is ever present for you and will continue to be there for you as your expand and create your lives.

The creativity that is becoming available to each of you will allow you to shape first your personal lives and then your world. You are stepping off into a whole new and we hope exciting venture.

expand your heart!

Summer is here, at least in Southern California. I think of summer as a time of quiet growth, relaxation and fun. This summer seems a bit more active growth wise. Time seems to be zooming and we are being asked to grow more quickly. My guides talk about our growth.

The changes that are occurring in your world and for you personally reach deep into the fabric of consciousness.

Consciousness is the Divine when taken as a whole. So, the changes are in fact an expansion of the Divine. The Divine grows and changes through each of us. As we grow and evolve, so does Divinity for each are Divine and the Divine is each. It is a revolving flow of energy that has many flows, many waves.

As you individually move through this period of time, you will be asked to expand and in or with that expansion to go deeper into your heart and open that deeply.

The heart is the junction point for all consciousness. It is the heart that expands the consciousness. The heart that links all together. We mean all of all. The Divine is our heart and as you move more deeply into your heart, you access more of that Divinity. When you open your heart from that new place, you then allow the Divine flow to move through you into the world.

play time

A few weeks ago, Seraphina, my dragon friend, urged me to play! With all the ups and downs in the world I was surprised. Then I realized that we could expand into more love through play. We would be helping ourselves and the world! Here is what she had to say!

Play is important to bring into your lives. Play steps you into the world of childlike wonder. Play connects you to your physical world. Play connects you to your joy.

Humankind stands on the edge of remembering who they are. And in that remembering, there is play. Play to explore the aspects of yourselves and the world. Play is exploring, a curiosity, it is discovering, it is adventure.

Open to your playful self. Have some fun and discover the true you!

 light and love!

My guides tell me constantly that we are light and love! They remind us that we are here to love ourselves and then each other. The earth is meant to be a place of love and joy. We can bring more love and joy to our lives!

The time is present. Find the love in your heart for yourselves. Then as you absorb that love into all that you are, share it. In the sharing, you change your world view, and you change your world.

Let the light of your heart lead you forward through this process. You, each, are lighting the way for your fellow travelers. The light in your hearts is stronger than you can imagine. Trust your light, trust your heart, trust your true Divine nature.

The world has experienced many disturbing events over the past little bit. As bringers of light, it’s important to remember who you are. Dr. Peebles (channeled by Natalie Gianelli and Summer Bacon) often reminds us to ask, “What would love do?” I might suggest that in these trouble times, we do just that. Then listen to our hearts and take a small step in bringing love to our lives. Hug a friend, pat a pet, or enjoy a beautiful flower or sunset. Let that joy bring up the love that is always in your heart. The past few channelings from my guides have talked about love. Here is one from this morning. Enjoy!

Love and joy are who you are and who you came to express. You chose to manifest Divinity in physical form. This is the motivation for being in a body. The love and joy that Divinity is, is brought to earth and manifest as you. You are the embodiment of Divinity. You are love and joy. You are Divinity manifest.

We can say this so many ways. Please hear this. Take it into your heart and allow it to resonate throughout your body.

gratitude

I was just going through some notes and notice what the guides had to say about gratitude a while ago! With all the things going on in the world it is helpful to remind ourselves that we have things to be grateful for and to be grateful. Here is what the guides have to say:

Gratitude as part of an individuated life allows that person to engage in a larger flow of energy which is a kin to love.

The love of the Divine is ultimately what gratitude leads to. When someone is grateful, they open their heart and allow an upwelling of energy. That energy is your Divine essence, love.

As the upwelling continues while the person is grateful, it is an opportunity to expand the Divine flow in your life.

a meditation

I have a beautiful group of friends who joined me earlier this week in a meditation for love. Love for each other, those in oppressive situations and war, those who are hungry, those who are in need of love and the beautiful earth we live on. Each soul’s light is beautiful and carries with it the love of Divinity! Join your beautiful light as a blessing to the earth and all consciousness here.

you are brilliant light

This weekend we have the Equinox. It brings with it a change of the seasons. Maybe it can bring a change of heart, an opening to the deeper love that is ever present waiting to be acknowledged in each of us. A group of us did this meditation this past week. We were sending love and light to the Ukrainian people and the world. I hope you will meditate along with us and send your beautiful love into the world.

Here is a reminder from my guides too!

We have said it many times, you are love and you are light. In your wholeness, you are love which is manifesting as light. You are coming to the knowing that you are each whole and complete within yourselves. At the same time, you are whole and complete within the greater Whole.

As you are witnessing the turmoil in the world, think on the above statement. You are within yourselves whole and complete and in the vast consciousness that is All That Is, you are also whole and complete.

When you know this in the depth of your heart, you will know that the more love you can give to yourselves, the more love will be present in the greater Whole. You might want to hold yourself in love and feel that love permeate every ounce your your being. As and you feel that love, allow it to radiate into the world adding to the love and light that is ever present. Share your light, bring that brilliance to the dark corners of the world, and allow them to receive the light and wash away the shadows.
