doing it your way!

In the spring of 2013, I had several conversations with a dear friend and our guides. I just came across some of those writings and thought I would share them with you. We are moving into a time of great change. That change will be different for each of us. This might give you some insight into your process.

Healing begins when you begin to awaken to your Divinity. This doesn’t have to be a sudden awakening from your sleep. It can be a slow stretching and gently coming into fuller and fuller consciousness. In this awakening you will probably not need that morning cup of coffee to propel you into action. The spark of self-memory will act as that cup of coffee and the thirst you didn’t know you had for your true identity will thrust you into action.

You are on an amazing journey at this point. You as a consciousness and we mean all on earth at this time, are awakening in various stages or degrees. Those who are more awake will be assisting those who are just starting to stir for it is in the assisting of those who are just starting to awaken that those who are awake will realize more and more of their own Divine Nature.

There are no steps to the process of awakening. You may awaken slowly or quickly. You will be who you are as a personality, and some individuals do move at a slower pace and some at a faster pace. It does not matter. The faster pace will leap over details that a slower awakener might explore. It is all personal choice. You will all arrive at the same place in Divine right timing.

Divine right timing is something that makes a third dimensional thinker chase their tail. For there is no way to control or direct Divine right timing it can only move into the flow of it and then move with the current?

Flow and the concept of flow is important. There is not a natural time progression in the universe, however, there is an orderly progression that you impose on events. This is because most of you do not like to have the end of the story told before you start.

So, Divine flow is actually a larger concept than orderly events. Divine Flow is that movement, dance that energy engages in. It is the very movement of Divinity. As you awaken to your own Divinity, you may join into the Universal dance or flow of energy. This is the activity that moves an individual’s energy physically. This is where healing and awakening and all things begin.

Divine flow is your stream of life. It is your life.

change

Change comes to us all in various forms. I am blessed to be able to write to you from my home in greater Los Angeles. The horrific fires are still moving through several areas. Change has been happening in many different ways across the world. It is making way for the new. It doesn’t make it any easier when it comes knocking on your door. It calls for a calm peaceful heart to face the change and ask for guidance in co-creating the new. Not a trivial task.

My guides remind us that we have all vibrations within us and that our world is a reflection of these vibrations. They liken our individual expression to a musical instrument. Here is what they suggest:

For too long the base notes on earth have been fear and division. Look deep into your heart and allow new notes to vibrate. Maybe find love, peace and grace and allow them to be a chord to move throughout your body. Let them replace the old notes and allow the new to hold you and bring you into the new world.

a meditation

I have a beautiful group of friends who joined me earlier this week in a meditation for love. Love for each other, those in oppressive situations and war, those who are hungry, those who are in need of love and the beautiful earth we live on. Each soul’s light is beautiful and carries with it the love of Divinity! Join your beautiful light as a blessing to the earth and all consciousness here.

you are brilliant light

This weekend we have the Equinox. It brings with it a change of the seasons. Maybe it can bring a change of heart, an opening to the deeper love that is ever present waiting to be acknowledged in each of us. A group of us did this meditation this past week. We were sending love and light to the Ukrainian people and the world. I hope you will meditate along with us and send your beautiful love into the world.

Here is a reminder from my guides too!

We have said it many times, you are love and you are light. In your wholeness, you are love which is manifesting as light. You are coming to the knowing that you are each whole and complete within yourselves. At the same time, you are whole and complete within the greater Whole.

As you are witnessing the turmoil in the world, think on the above statement. You are within yourselves whole and complete and in the vast consciousness that is All That Is, you are also whole and complete.

When you know this in the depth of your heart, you will know that the more love you can give to yourselves, the more love will be present in the greater Whole. You might want to hold yourself in love and feel that love permeate every ounce your your being. As and you feel that love, allow it to radiate into the world adding to the love and light that is ever present. Share your light, bring that brilliance to the dark corners of the world, and allow them to receive the light and wash away the shadows.

send love and light

The events in the Ukraine are terrible and shameful. We all feel the need to do something to help. A group of us did a meditation sending love and light to the world and the Ukrainian people. I would like to share that with you here. Please excuse the extra chatter at the beginning and end of the recording.

Meditation

I will also share some words of comfort that my guides had for us.

Take heart. The open heart that radiates the love that is ever present will guide each through all events.

Know that you are always held in love and light and never walk your pathway alone. Honor those who are in the midst of war. Honor their bravery and courage, honor the light that they are and know that they are held in love and light. Also, know that it is always always appropriate to request more assistance for them. Your request magnifies the energy available to them many fold. Your love holds them as well.

simply love

This morning my guides gave me what felt to me like a verbal hug! I thought I would share it with you. Even as we move through this difficult time, they remind us that we are working towards an exciting new world. We can honor and send love to all who have suffered during this time. And then, we can create that new world. Without further ado here is what my guides had to say:

You are creating a new world. The world you are tasked with creating will look different than the current world. The degree of difference will depend on how each individual expresses the love that they are.

That may seem like a daunting task because love has so many connotations on your world. This is also a good thing because it gives you more latitude in how you choose to express love in the moment.

This is a good place to start. We would suggest that once you shift your focus towards love, then you might engage in meditation to reach deeper and deeper into your heart to connect on that deepest level you are comfortable with in the moment. Feel it and see that the unconditional love that is there for you is more expansive than any (love) that you have been working with.

We would also suggest that your heart will know what actions you need to take to express this love. Sometimes, the only action needed is to be connected and allowing that love to fill you and overflow into the world or to whatever subject is before you.

Love is simple. It is your natural state. Learn to love yourself first. Share the love that radiates continually from your center. It is always there. It has always been there. It has only been hidden behind the illusions of the third dimension.

Always remember just as you are love, you are also loved! We leave you and wish you the joy of your heart.

breathing!

Breathing is always a good thing. Being aware you are breathing is even better. Sometimes my reaction to world events is to stop breathing. My guides and angelic friends reminded me to breathe this morning.

In the quiet of your breath rests your Divinity. As you gently breathe in and out, you allow your Divine essence to become present in your awareness.

Consciously breathe. Consciously know your Divinity. Awake to all that you are. Awake to all that you always have been.

We love you and know that you are able to receive and give love as we do. We leave you with our love and blessings and wish you joy this day!

fall equinox

Good morning! Fall is my favorite season and it starts this afternoon (Pacific time). In writing with my guides this morning, they talked about the equinox. I thought you’d enjoy reading what they had to say.

This is the time of your equinox. A time when light and dark are balanced on your world. It is a time for each to look to themselves and find love for all aspects of who they present to the world. And more important to recognize as they find that love for all they are, to know it is love seeing love for you are each an incarnation of love. You are based in the love that is the Divine spark present in each.

If you have a difficult time loving all that you are begin by loving the Divine spark resting patiently at the center of your being. This spark is present in each of you. It is the foundation of who you are just as it is the foundation of the Universe. You are love made manifest in a physical body.

Meditate on this today as light and dark art balanced. Look to the love that resides within you to see yourself as whole, as love, as an expression of the Divine.

joy and love in the face of disaster

Like each of you, I am saddened by the many devastating things happening in the world right now. Along with the world events, many are going through personal things that are challenging for them. I think it is safe to say that we are in a very intense time.

When I was out walking this morning, my guides reminded me that we are each responsible for the vibrations we generate in our bodies. So, we can be sad or fearful and acknowledge those feelings and then choose to general compassion or joy. The Pleiadeans, as channeled through Nora Herold http://www.noraherold.com/, tell us when we have a feeling arise, we can look at that feeling, accept it for what it is and sent it love. This allows us to come to a neutral place. Then we can choose vibrate joy, for instance, and create from a whole new place. This is the challenge we are all facing now. Accepting what we are seeing before us, doesn’t mean we wouldn’t prefer something else, and then we can send it love. When we have come to a neutral place we then can vibrate in joy and love and create a new outcome.

My guides commented on joy and love:

Joy that is radiated with love is a powerful reminder that each of you is a channel for the Divine Light that you are. This love and joy is the love and joy that is not altered by external circumstances but helps rebuild the world. Never forget that you are Love manifesting a human body.

a new morning

I was re-reading some of the channeling from the past week thinking I was going to do a blog and meditation about peace. I didn’t get very far when I read the channeling below and was guided to print this today. We are in a time of intense change but we have input into how that change plays out. We are being encouraged to step into our roles as creator beings and create from our hearts! Here is what my guides are saying:

Love is the building block of creation. The creator in you is love. The essence of love is rooted in the heart of each individuated consciousness. The Universe is based on and in love. So, what does that mean in terms of your understanding of your creative abilities? It means that your full connection to the love that you are is the love that will be available for you to create with. This is why it is so important for each of those awakening now to find loving acceptance for who they are and who they have been.

Over the past several years, we have joined with your other guides to encourage opening to your love and to love yourselves. This is now the time to open to that love as deeply as you are able. It will benefit you most happily as you are called to begin creating the world a new.

The world that you are moving towards is already in place in one sense but at the same time each of you is tasked with calling it into being. By extending your creative ability and coloring in the new world you are calling it forth and creating the outlines into beautiful images. The outlines are love. How you fill those lines, and perhaps move them, are where you add your love and creative vision to the mix.

This is a time of cooperative creation. You are cooperating with the Divine and many of us in other dimensions to create the world you will step into as a renewed multidimensional. The multidimensional who accepted the vail of forgetting is awakening with a new appreciation of their Divine essence and the love that they are.

We welcome you. Awaken to the love and beauty that you are and that you are here to help create.
