We are approaching the winter solstice and I feel the angels walking with each of us. This is the time of year so many traditions hold sacred. How could we find a better time to open to the love that comes from our angel friends? When you allow yourself to receive love, you are better able share your love with others. In this sharing you are able to radiate the love that you are. The angels are here to help us remember this sharing. We are one world, let us be one world of love, peace and joy! full speed ahead!

We are accelerating at what seems to be a rapidly increasing rate. I would like to congratulate us.  This means we are holding more and more light in our energy field and that is partly causing this feeling of moving at warp speed.  What to do?! I mentioned a few blogs back about breathing. It is an increasing good idea! I would also suggest pausing to take in the life around you. As you look at your surroundings find something beautiful. It may be as simple as a water droplet running down your window. Find the peace and joy in that beauty, let it sink you fully into the moment.  Let it sink you into your heart, then you can resume your day moving with ease and grace.  Thanks for pausing! This evening my guides wrote to me: “When your heart is open and filled with the love and light that you are; you become a gift to yourself and a gift to the world.”

All well and good, says I, how would one go about this?! I wrote for a while longer and they finally said with a little giggle: “When you can laugh, your heart is open.”  Thanks for laughing!! Linda

bless your heart

I am blessed with a second Helen in my life, another wonderful lady.  She doesn’t think of herself as a healer but she is. She is a totally heart centered healer who brightens people’s lives.  When you talk with Helen even for a short time she will slip “bless your heart” into the conversation.  A blessing from her heart to yours. helen’s angels

I had the pleasure of spending some time with my friend, Helen, this weekend. At 90 something she is curious, thoughtful and wise. She told me how her angels help her find ways to work with her body’s limitations. Her wisdom is in asking for their help and also in receiving their help.  We often remember to ask for our angels and guides to help us but how often do we remember to allow ourselves to receive their help.  I thank Helen and her angels for that reminder!
