My guides wrote this lovely piece for us this morning. With all the crazy in the world it is heartening to read. I did a brief meditation based on their words.

Know that you are held in love this day and all days. The light that you are is bright and brings promise to the world. It is the promise of a moment in time that is filled with love. Each heart emitting the love that they are. It fills the entire Universe bringing quiet and peace to all corners. It awakens each heart to the truth of who they are, always have been and always will be.

Shine your love and light and bring your joy to the world! Much much love, Linda

a new morning

I was re-reading some of the channeling from the past week thinking I was going to do a blog and meditation about peace. I didn’t get very far when I read the channeling below and was guided to print this today. We are in a time of intense change but we have input into how that change plays out. We are being encouraged to step into our roles as creator beings and create from our hearts! Here is what my guides are saying:

Love is the building block of creation. The creator in you is love. The essence of love is rooted in the heart of each individuated consciousness. The Universe is based on and in love. So, what does that mean in terms of your understanding of your creative abilities? It means that your full connection to the love that you are is the love that will be available for you to create with. This is why it is so important for each of those awakening now to find loving acceptance for who they are and who they have been.

Over the past several years, we have joined with your other guides to encourage opening to your love and to love yourselves. This is now the time to open to that love as deeply as you are able. It will benefit you most happily as you are called to begin creating the world a new.

The world that you are moving towards is already in place in one sense but at the same time each of you is tasked with calling it into being. By extending your creative ability and coloring in the new world you are calling it forth and creating the outlines into beautiful images. The outlines are love. How you fill those lines, and perhaps move them, are where you add your love and creative vision to the mix.

This is a time of cooperative creation. You are cooperating with the Divine and many of us in other dimensions to create the world you will step into as a renewed multidimensional. The multidimensional who accepted the vail of forgetting is awakening with a new appreciation of their Divine essence and the love that they are.

We welcome you. Awaken to the love and beauty that you are and that you are here to help create.

I would suggest going to the weaving meditation and weaving some wonderful things into your life! I will look forward to doing a new meditation on peace, soon! Much much love, Linda

time to awaken

For many of us this has been a stressful time. My guides wrote the other day that we are is a seeming period of chaos and we are tasked with creating our world into a new way of being. To do this we need to awaken to all of who we are and choose the vibrations we want our world to have. They had these words of encouragement this morning.

We want you to know that you are held in the light of the Divine. This light is the light and love that you are. You, each, are held in this light and this light holds a constant reminder for you to look within and see that this Divine Light and Love are the very essence of who you are.

Hear this. Know this. Awaken to the light and love that you are.

grounding, one more time!

If you have been following this blog for any length of time, you know that I highly recommend grounding. When you ground you are giving yourself a level of stability, a way to release energy and a way to let energy roll off you as if you were a lightning rod.

Grounding can be done and is done in many ways. One of the simplest ways is to see roots growing out of your feet deep into the ground. Martial artists often ground from the solar plexus. These are just a couple of the groundings methods that come to mind.

I asked the guides to work with me to do a grounding meditation. They worked with a grounding and a way to move energy through your body. They focused on the grounding aspect for the meditation. I hope you find it helpful!

you are love!

I send you my love and a Hello to you as a spiritual being having a very human experience. You are integrating a great deal of energy and information now.  This process is having you examine dusty corners of who you are and have been. Sometimes it’s an exciting revelation and other times not. I can only suggest that you hold the knowledge of your Divine nature and bring that love to all those things you are looking at.

The other morning my guides, a blending of Helios and The Angelics had this reminder:

You are love. The very structure of all that you are or ever will be is love. What does that say to you? There is no part of you that does not have its foundation in love. This love may be covered with layers and layers of some other vibrations, but dig deep enough and you find the love that you are.

We are all moving through the shift from being unaware of our Divine self to becoming fully aware of the Love that we are! Thanks for LOVING yourself! Much much love, Linda

a heart centering meditation

It has become more and more important in my life to be heart centered. Yesterday, a friend and I did the meditation below. Then this morning I asked my guides to comment on being heart centered and here is what they said:

As a spiritual being in a physical body the heart is your link to who you are. It is the pathway for communications with the deepest part of yourself. As you, each, move deeper into your heart connections, it will become primary in your life. The ability for you as a physical being to continually be aware and in communication with your spiritual-Divine self is the greatest gift you can give yourself. So, engage with your heart center, your Divine connection, and let it bring you love, joy, and grace moment to moment.

you are spirit having a human experience!

Early in my training at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, we learned to say Hello to another as spirit. I still love the experience of greeting people as more than their body. I have been thinking about this lately and asked my guides to comment. Here is what they had to say:

Most on your world have focused on their identity first as a physical being then as what they do in the world. This has been true for a very long time. You each are indeed physical and doing beings. And you are so much more. You are spiritual beings each carrying the Divine spark within. This spark waiting patiently to be expressed in the world.

When you trained all those years ago, you were taught to say Hello to spirit when you encountered someone. You did this through your intention to have your greeting reach the spirit of that person. You sent the hello as a recognition that they were spirit, that they were more than their physical body. This was for many a validation and a wakeup call.  To be recognized in your world as sprit is becoming more common but still it does not happen with as great a frequency as it could. As each individual recognizes themselves as a spiritual being, they open to the Divinity within. This opening will happen at a greater rate as more and more recognize themselves and each other as spirit.

How do you say Hello or Hi to another person to acknowledge them as spirit? First you set your intention to recognize yourself moment to moment as the child of God that you are. Then you set your intention to recognize those you interact with as that same offspring of Divinity. When you greet the next individual in your day, say Hello and ask that that greeting from your heart reaches their spirit deep in their heart as well.

You can wake up the world on greeting at a time! Thanks for saying Hello! Much love and a Hello right back to you! Linda

My guides had a short message this morning. I thought I’d share it with you.

You are moving into your hearts. As you move into your hearts and operate from that place, you will begin to release the restrictions you have placed on yourselves and move into the joyful, abundance of the heart. This is where humankind stands now. The next steps will bring you closer to your dreams. You are standing at that very threshold. You are opening to your heart.

Spring is happening all around the northern hemisphere and fall is happening in the southern hemisphere. These are seasons of change. When we enter a time of change we can make choices which directs our energies. I came across the following from my guides a few days ago and thought you would enjoy it!

All these months we have been teaching and discussing the way of the heart. It is a pathway of love, joy and expansion. We know that staying on the pathway does not always feel like love, joy and expansion.

So, we come again this day to whisper in your ears and to let you know that each of those states of being are by ones choosing. Each time you pick yourselves up and choose love, joy and/or expansion, you return to the path that you walk with renewed dedication. It is this dedication that builds a solid foundation for the individual and all humanity. For each has their own pathway and each of those pathways are co-joined with all paths. The stronger one path becomes the stronger they all become. This is how the Universe works.

You, each human, are part of the whole fabric of Divine Life. Each success and each apparent failure change that fabric but more important the choices made subsequent to the success or failure bring a greater change and a richness to the fabric.

This is where humanity is now. Choosing. Choosing how to step forward. Choosing love over fear and if you should choose fear, do so in full consciousness and recognize that you may make this your next step toward walking into love. Move out, one step at a time from the emotion that holds you in a place you choose not to be.

The first step is always recognizing where you are. This perhaps is the most difficult. You, humanity, has been there so long that it seems normal and a place that just is. When you recognize that you are in a place you would rather not be and choose to step into a new place, this is you awakening.

This is where humanity is. Slowly awakening to where they are and examining it. For many this place will be just fine and for many they will find that change is what they desire. Baby steps. When you find yourself desiring change, allow the change to come incrementally. Let the first step be to look for love, joy or expansion. Like hot coffee little sips until you become used to the energy that you are engaging.

let your love! let your joy!

Now in the chaotic world more than ever finding and loving both yourself and other is so important. Loving lets you be part of the fabric of life. It is the unifying energy underlying everything. If we open our hearts to the love that is within us and share it with ourselves and the world, we are helping to create a world that is filled with that love, not fear.

My angelic guides continued the discussion of love and joy:

Let joy fill your heart and lead the love that you are into your world!

Choose how you want your world to be. Choose from love and joy and you will begin to create love and joy. Choose from fear and anger and you will create more fear and anger.

The Divine heart that you are holds no judgement and creates as you wish. Engage your Divine heart and allow your heart to bring you your desire. Desire is a driving factor in your world. Rather than desire a thing, try to desire a vibration such as love, joy, peace or any number of other vibrations. As you hold these vibrations, they will bubble up inside of you and awaken your heart center. As your Divine center opens and responds to the vibration it treats it as a request for creation. Then your heart begins to bring you that very vibration.
