kindness and compassion

Sending love to each of you! My guides talked a bit about kindness and compassion the other day. As love incarnate you always have kindness and compassion available to share. It is an easy way to share your light with the world. When you share your light, you are reminding those you share it with of their potential!

Compassion is an acknowledgement of the connectedness of all things. It is the understanding that part of the Whole needs consideration. Kindness follows compassion. This can be kindness for yourself first. Allowing kindness for yourself will allow you to freely extend kindness to another. The same is true of compassion. Both responses are rooted in love. The love that is transmitted through kindness and compassion is an offering and acknowledgement of the Divinity that the other is and that you are.

This then explains why these are important and helpful for an individual to cultivate. The more responses such as compassion, kindness, and then responses like joy and peace to name a few, that can be extended, the more the Divinity is placed in the world as an active energy.

heart’s response

We are going through so many changes right now! This weekend is no exception! With a New Moon and The Lion’s Gate Portal being fully open, there is a lot of energy flying around. My guides talk about choosing a different response when we are asked to change.

This weekend is the Lion’s Gate. The energies coming to the earth in connection with this portal are very strong. They strongly support the release of old stories and embracing the light that you are.

We have said many times that you are light, and you are love. This concept or idea is not a new one to you. It is, however, becoming more evident in individuated lives. As the light body merges with the 3-d physical body there are changes that occur. The idea of spending a few moments to release any resistance that you can feel in your body is one we will recommend.

The resistance to change has always been a prominent 3-d response. It comes from past experiences, beliefs, programming or general fears. In 3-d these were there to help and protect you. They came from your mental assessment of a situation and your ego. The ego and mind in 3-d are tasked with protecting you.

Moving into your 5-d persona and a body that is still physical but lighter and light filled will have responses that come from the heart. These responses will have different parameters to assess a situation.

Okay, you are transition from a mental based view of the world to one that is based on your heart. How to make that transition? We would suggest that when you are faced with a situation and feel yourself going into resistance recognize this as a 3-d response. Then take a deep breath or two and then create a symbol for the situation. Bring that symbol into your heart center. You may bring it directly into your heart center or you may drop it into your crown chakra and bring it to your heart center. It’s your choice. Allow that symbol to rest in your heart center and feel a new response to the situation. You then always have the choice of responding in 3-d resistance or the 5-d response suggested by your heart center.

love and joy all around you!

Hope your week has gone well! My guides remind me that we can choose to engage all kinds of energies, so why not love and joy! More and more we are going to choose what we feel. Choosing love and joy may seem difficult at times but it is always available to us. I like to think of love, joy, peace, and so on as large flows of energy surrounding us and flowing through us. We can just grab them and invite them to stay a while! Here is what my guides have to say!

Open your hearts to the joy that you are. Open your hearts to the joy and love all around you. Joy and love move through you and around you at all times. The choice to engage them is always available to you. As you engage joy and love moment by moment, you will learn to open and expand into greater and greater love and joy. You change your experience of the world, and you change the world. This is your task now. You can change the world through your experience of joy and love. What could be more exciting than that?!

infinite!

We have moved even deeper into our changes. Into even more of who we really are. What can that ever mean? We are stepping out of a limited identity into one that is expansive and will continue to grow and change as we do. Divine essence moves through each of us, and we are choosing how to express that. As we do, we remember more of our Divine nature. Here is what my guides reminded me of earlier today!

When you expand into more, there is always more to expand into. Remember you are the expression of Divinity and Divinity is infinite.

The idea of infinite is difficult to engage from a 3rd or even 5th dimensional consciousness. You will start to get a glimmer of what it might mean. Recognize this as an approximation. You are all working with approximations at this point in time, as you expand allow those approximations to expand and change with you.

Divinity has no limits. Ultimately you have no limits. As you can give yourself permission to transcend your limitations you will!

tsunami of love

I hope you are having a wonderful summer! Hard to believe it is mid-July! WOW! Today my guides wrote this for me, and I wanted it to share it with you!

Love on your earth is expanding. It may not seem that way, but we will say that it is. The expansion is coming one heart at a time. This creates a ripple through the fabric of life on earth. It will build until it becomes a tsunami, a tidal wave of love.

When love engulfs you, it will allow all that is held in fear or resistance to release. There will be some fall out from that and then the expansion of love will emerge. As it moves heart to heart, it will build, and the ease of the individual release will increase.

Those who are opening to this expansion early on come to it with a brave and joyful heart. The love that you bring is supporting and holding you. It is there as who you are and as that Divine Light within. These are one and the same. These are you. These are that part of you that is re-emerging into our life and bringing that Light to you and your world. It is now. It is true. It is Light. It is Love. Feel that Love and Light that you are and allow the joy to be your guide.

living your Divinity

This week we have experienced a full moon and a lunar eclipse! Lots of energy there. My guides wrote, earlier in the week, that the energies are helping us clear things that are no longer useful to us out of our energy fields. The energy arriving with the Solstice will fill the spaces created in our energy fields during this time. We can use this Solstice energy to build the foundation of the world we wish to live in! Here is what they had to say:

The astrologic events occurring tomorrow (5-26-21) are a clearing for the energies being presented with the solstice. The clearing over the past two months of family and ancestral energies will be pushed. The letting go of lineage issues or choice of things to study will make way for creating space for higher vibrations. These vibrations will include love and joy. Also, will include like frequencies such as compassion, peace, and gratitude. The world that you each are creating, can be based on these vibrations. This time is a time of choosing. Going forward if you can find a place for one or more of those frequencies, it will help to build the base for that world.

Many are calling it a “new world”. This is true in terms of what you experience now verses what you are creating. What you are actually creating is a remembrance of what it is to live your Divinity. It is a place you all have been and are bringing forward once again.

When you open your heart to the love that is there, ever present for you, then allow that love to flow as your light into the world, you will be living your Divinity. It will be a reminder for all. It will also lay down the base, the foundation, for the world that you are re-creating!

joy and love!

We are moving through a very active astrological period culminating in the summer solstice! With each solstice we are urged more and more to remember who we are and express that in the world. This urging continues with the solstice. Here my guides remind us that love and fear can not exist in the same place. As you move through the coming time remember this and fan the spark of love in your heart!

When we bring you greetings of love and joy, we are bringing you greetings from our Divine heart to yours. This is a practice that we would love to see all humans engage in.

Moving forward having love and joy ever present in your energy will be helpful. You can hold love and joy even when you are in tough situations. By holding love and you are reducing fear. The more love and joy you can hold the less room fear has in your energy field.

Fear has been a dominant emotion on your world. This is a low frequency. As you move into multi-dimensionality, you are working more from frequency. The idea of holding fear is that it will lower your frequency and make it harder to hold more light.

We would suggest that fear does have a place in your world, but it is a transient emotion, and it serves the purpose of moving you out of danger. When you hold fear longer, it does not serve you.

So, we will complete these thoughts by revisiting love and Joy. You are love, that is your Divine nature. The joy is frosting on your love. You are being asked to be who you are. Find the love that you are within your heart, celebrate yourself, your love and live it!

Hi! Hope you are going to have a wonderful weekend. My guides had this to say recently. I thought you would enjoy it too!

Each heart is ready to open to that deepest part of themselves. Opening to the love that you are. Allowing that love to flow through all of you, healing and up lifting you. Love, light, and joy blend together in you and allow the expansion (in you that) the world is waiting for. Let the love expand within you and then overflow into your new world.

you are expanding in love

Hello! I send love and light to each heart! There is so much shifting and changing in our world. My guides commented on the shift in the energies that we are experiencing.

The individual energy fields are expanding. What does that mean? It means they are opening to receive greater amounts of light. As you know light is love. So, each human as they expand are expanding in love. We know that you are aware that love and fear cannot exist in the same space. This means that the fear on individual levels will no longer have space to be. As people begin to replace their fears with love, the world will begin to reflect that change.

We are all ready for a new year and a new start. We have the opportunity to create the new start. We are here as creator beings. We are here as love incarnated into form.  My guides suggest that we can be those creators. Here is what they have to say.

During this time and going forward, it will be helpful for you to be aware that you are a being of light and love. When you remind yourself of this moment to moment, you change how you walk through the world. You then become an agent of light and love changing everywhere you travel.

You have heard before that you are creators. We will say it again and probably more times in the future. Your energy radiates from you into your world. This radiation of energy touches everyone and everything you encounter. The encounters give you the opportunity to radiate, light, love, and joy and the also give you the opportunity to radiate sorrow, fear, and anger. Your choice. It is time for you to step into your power. It is not power over. It is the power to radiate love and light from your Divine center into your world. That intention and action steps you into the place of creating a new start.
