Here in the US, we are starting a holiday weekend. It is a weekend for remembering those who have walked this earth. Each brought their unique gifts for us. When we remember them, we can send them love and remember them in joy! My guides talked about love and joy! I pass it along to you!

The joy that an open heart experiences is expansive and full. The joy opens more space within the heart to allow the love that you are to flow. It is through the flow of love that you create a world that reflects that love and the joy that helped open its pathway.

Each (of you) has the option of choosing how to approach life. It may be through any vibration. It is always a choice. There is joy and love within you even in the darkest times. You hold all vibrations for you are Divinity, you just forgot who you are.

celebrate!

It is a while since I have posted a blog. Lots is happening in my life. I’m sure lots is happening in your life too. And it all seems to be happening rapidly. I have been reminding myself and being reminded to breathe and find quite moments. May be only a minute or two but to enjoy them.  Here are some thoughts my guides had when I talked with them:

There are many possible pathways of moving through the intensity of daily life. The one we are suggesting over and over is to choose love. When you are stepping through a situation be it easy or difficult, choose love; love for yourselves, love for those in the situation and maybe even love for the situation. As you choose love and step through your life, celebrate.

Each of you is here to live in ease, grace, joy and love. By celebrating yourselves you remind yourself why you are here. Celebrate the fact that you are Children of God here to create and expand. Celebration is always an option.

changes and JOY!

The other day my guides wrote:

Your world is changing as you change. The changes that are coming to you are from the reawakening of you to the truth of who you are and who you have always been. This is the truth that speaks to the love and light you are. That love and light radiating from your Divine center is now becoming the constant reminder that you are Divine at the very center of your being.

As Divinity it is impossible to be truly separate. As Divinity, you are the whole just as you are the individual expression of that Whole. It may sound like a difficult thing to understand. We would suggest that your heart has the full knowledge and understanding.

With each breath allow your heart to open to the core of who you are. The opening of your heart comes from remembering that joy is a primary vibration always there for you to stimulate within yourselves. Joy even in the darkest moments can be present for you. Ask to have your guides help you to find the vibration within you and stimulate it. If it helps to think of plucking a string or strings that will vibrate joy just as a guitar string vibrates chords, imagine that.

When you vibrate joy, the situation may not go away but the stress is eased, and you can recognize yourself again as the joyous child of God that you are.

create with a smile!

I am enjoying a wonderfully rain day here in Southern California. It feels like spring, a time for nature to awaken and begin to create a new season. My guides have been talking to me about creativity and creating. Here they are reminding us that the energy you put into your creation is a large part of that creation!

The changes on your earth are asking you, each, to look to what makes you smile. We say smile rather than happy because it takes far less to create a smile than happiness. The smile is the first step in so many directs. The smile can lead to joy, happiness, kindness and compassion to name a few. All these frequencies are helpful in creating your lives.

Creativity can start at any place. But think, if you start with a smile how the creation unfolds for you!

setting the tone

The solstice is occurring later this week! It is a time when the presence of light appears to change either increasing or decreasing. It is important for us to remember that the Light is ever present for us.

Here the guides talk about setting the tone or frequency we want have in our lives.

Your world is moving from managing and surviving circumstances to creating. The shift in this consciousness may take a little time in your frame of reference but once it becomes the habit, you will be fully creating what unfolds in front of you.

We would suggest that you begin in small ways. Choose the tone you wish to have throughout your day. Then every time you experience that tone, congratulate yourself on a job well done. This does two things. It validates you as a creator being and it keeps you aware of your present moment.

You can create love and light and joy moment to moment as you step through your life. It is done one step at a time. Your intention is everything.

walk in Joy!

I was talking with my guides this morning and asked about living our light. Nora Herold (https://www.noraherold.com/) channeling the Pleiadeans mentioned that the upcoming solstice is bring more energy to support and encourage us to live our light. Not sure what that meant, so, I asked. Here is what my guides said.

Your light is your Divine essence expressed in the world. As we have said, love expresses as light. So, what is your essence, your Divine essence? As you were created from the initial word,there is a vibration set-up in each individuated soul to express Divinity in creation.

The task through the journey in 3-d has been to find who you are. You have now determined that at the center of your being you are Divinity. That gives you an idea of who you are, and it leaves out the part that lets you know what it means.

As you expand back into your multi-dimensionality, you will begin to explore yourselves as Divine light. You will collect a body of knowledge about yourselves. You will have assistance in this journey. Be willing to step up and into activities and actions that feel good and even joyful to you. Let your joy lead you.

Your joy will lead you to a deep and exciting expression of who you are. You are a child of the Divine, so step forward with the same curiosity that a child has and find your way to fully expressing your light.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with love and peace and joy. It has been a difficult time for so many, I hope that there can be a moment where we can have an easy heart and be thankful for each other’s love. On a note to smile about, the chocolate, chile, bacon, and toffee donuts by Whoos Donuts were at the Santa Fe Farmers Market. How many ways can we be thankful for them! My guides had a less frivolous take on gratitude.

Let us stop for a moment and reflect on gratitude. Gratitude is love in action. There is an activity or event that comes from love. This is then received, and gratitude is extended. The gratitude that is generated is from the heart of that individual. That individual unknowingly is opening their heart and giving the love that is within them the opportunity to flow.

Love in action. That is something to give Thanks for.

From my heart to yours, I extend my gratitude for your presence in my life. I send you love and wish you know the peace and love that resides deep in your heart. Much love, Linda

While I was meditating this morning, I heard the words ‘unleash your love’. Here is what my angelic guides had to say when I picked up my pen.

We would ask each of you to unleash the love that you hold deep within yourselves. As you let go of your tight hold on your love, it will flow and move into your world. It will bring light to the places and people who are in need of that light and love now. And it will open you to deeper and deeper knowledge of your Divine Self.

Open your hearts and let the love flow. The time is now, and you are ready!

We leave you today with love and light. We send blessings to each of you and wish you love, light, joy and peace!

My guides were talking about joy the other day. They reminded me that joy can be present no matter what the situation is. Joy comes from inside of us, not from the outside. It is something that I have been working with lately. It is easy to hold joy when things are fun, and it is getting easier to hold joy when things are not so great. It takes a little practice and an open heart. The operative word is practice! We are all in a period of huge change and transition. Time to be gentle with ourselves and be joyful and even giggle when we can, so when we need to, we remember how.

Here is what my guides said:

We have spoken of joy many many times. Let us revisit joy for a moment. Joy is the root of love. Joy is what allows love to flourish in your world. As you send out joy you send out love. As a sled on snow, the love glides over the joy bringing light to all that encounter the light, love and joy.

Keep this as a reminder, joy can be present even in the darkest of times. Joy lives in each open heart. When you find yourself in darkness, find your heart and open it, then allow the joy of an open heart to arise and carry you through the darkness.

We leave you today with our love and our blessings. We wish you love and joy and peace.

in the company of angels

The world seems to be moving faster and we seem to be moving slower. It is time to take a deep breath, or several deep breaths, and remind ourselves that we are love, that we are spirit having a human experience! That we are here to be joyful and to love! And we have lots of help to do just that!

Here is something I half channeled, half wrote a while ago. I always find it a joy and a comfort to work with the angelic realms.

We are in the company of angels. We live in union with all of creation large and small, seen and unseen. We move through life with angels at our sides. They are here to inspire and hold humans in their journeys. Angels are not unique to the earth they move and are engaged throughout the Universe. We feel their special presence on earth because they hold us in love. They hold us in love as a constant reminder that we are in fact love. This love is what we are here to express, first to ourselves and then to the world.

The love that you are here to express is not sentimental love; it is the love that knows no bounds and has no conditions. It is love without sentiment. It is love that loves because that is who we are. Just like a rose bud will always open to become a rose, so the humans will open their hearts to become the love that it truly are. The beauty of the love that radiates from an open heart is limitless and breath taking. It extends outward from the human and engages that which it gazes upon. It is in the engaging that the Unity of all life is expressed. It is in the giving and receiving of love that Oneness is achieved.

When God offers us love and we receive that love, we meet love with Love. There can be only love in that meeting. Our nature is understood, and we can offer that love to another. If the other is willing to receive it, then we are creating a fabric of love.

We start in small ways and the Angels are here to guide us. We can take baby steps in opening our heart to express the love that we are.

We are in extremely good company!!! You aren’t alone, and you are supported beyond anything you can imagine. Thank you for being joyful and loving! Happy Equinox! Much love and JOY! Linda
