let your heart drive

I think you have noticed that we are in a time of huge change. We are in the midst of chaotic energy. It is up to us individually and as a whole to choose how we move forward. We can and are doing it, from our hearts. This blog has been about opening to our hearts, working with our guides, and finding and sharing love and joy. I asked my guides for a reminder about driving from the heart. Here is what they said.

As third dimensional beings you are trained to “think things through,” “figure them out” and maybe do a “risk assessment.” As your energy expands, you are moving into the domain of the heart. The heart feels its way through. Your heart listens to whispers from deep within. It ask you to feel with your body, for many it is that gut feeling. You need to become listeners and feelers.

You are switching from much of what you know to new territory for many. This is not a familiar way to be. All the practice of loving yourself and loving yourself more will help you open your heart and let it drive.

peace

I just wanted to touch base. There is so much turmoil in the world at this moment. We are indeed at a moment of deep change and choosing. Choosing how we will move through our lives. My guides have been encouraging me to meditate on peace. Peace in my personal life, peace in things local and things globally. When you engage with the peace at your center you open to the Divine flow of energy that can move you and guide you. Here is a meditation that my guides gave me.

Peace. Peace is present for you in your open heart. Breathe deeply and open your heart. Let your breath take you deeper and deeper into your beautiful heart.

Feel the peace resting in your center. The peace that is always there for you. Allow that peace to fill your center and as you breathe allow the peace to fill you. Fill you from your toes to the ends of your hair.

This is the peace of the Divine. It is your peace. As you embody this peace let its radiance shine into the world.

You are the Peace of Divinity. You are Divine Love. At your center you are Divine, it is who you are and who you can bring to the world.

Choose to bring PEACE into your life and into the world. With much love and peace, Linda

gratitude and joy!

I am taking a couple of classes now, one with Jarrad Hewett and one with Nora Herold (actually a broadcast). Jarrad and his guides are emphasizing gratitude. Being grateful for the tiniest thing and letting that gratitude build. Nora and her guides are emphasizing joy. To me gratitude and joy go hand in hand. Gratitude opens your energy field to a flow of beautiful energy which opens your heart. The open heart reaches into the joy of the experience you are grateful for.

The idea being that your open heart allows you to engage your Divine Source. You are always connected to that Source but maybe not engaged. Each lifetime you have taken has been an embodiment of Divine Source energy. When you engage that energy, you manifest it in your world.

In May of 2022 my guides wrote in my blog:

Gratitude as part of an individuated life allows that person to engage in a larger flow of energy which is a kin to love.

The love of the Divine is ultimately what gratitude leads to. When someone is grateful, they open their heart and allow an upwelling of energy. That energy is your Divine essence, love.

As the upwelling continues while the person is grateful, it is an opportunity to expand the Divine flow in your life.

Find a small thing to be grateful for in the midst of the chaos and pain in the world today! Then find the joy in it! Sending my love, gratitude for you and joy and love that you are you! Linda

Happy Solstice 2024!!!!

It’s the Solstice!!  It brings new energies for us to integrate into our system! Yipes!! This is an exciting time, let’s remember that and celebrate ourselves and our changes! Here are a couple of thoughts my guides have for us.

What can you do to move through these times with ease and grace? Firstly, you are to remember that you are not alone. There are millions of other humans in the same position. Perhaps even more important, we, on the other side are here to work with you. Not only are we here but we are anxious to help with the integration. All you need do, is ask. You don’t even have to say please but we do appreciate the thought.

Then let go. This is a hard thing for most humans. You can let go and accept the help and support that is there for each of you from us and other humans.

Part of the letting go, is accepting what is in front of you. You don’t have to like it but accepting (what is there) it releases any resistance that you have and allows you to move forward. To flow with the situation (energy) and receive the help from any corner in your life.

We ask you to celebrate the solstice. Find the joy in the changes being offered to you and for you. Relax into the flow and accept the ease and grace you create moment to moment.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sending out a big Hello and love to each of you! I have been experiencing life in the extreme in the past little bit. Throughout it my guides have supported and loved me as have you! I wish you each to know the love that you are! In this time of gratitude, I wish to thank you for your love. And to remind you that you are love. You are a child of the Divine. You are at your core Divine Love. Here is a little something my guides wrote for the solstice in 2018. Enjoy!

Love is Divine energy in motion and light is that energy manifest in your world. We have said this before.

Think of what this means. It means that love is the basis of everything you can see or encounter. That love is Divinity manifest. Just as you are a manifestation of Divinity, everything is as well.

As you move into the energy made available to you this solstice, you will begin to receive a greater understanding of yourself and be asked to live that understanding.

This expanded knowledge of yourself is one that you will come to love deeply. The energy you will experience is your Divinity moving through your physical form.

The animation of you has always been through Divine essence. Now, you will have an understanding of that essence and allow it to move your life through grace. The grace to open to the Divine flow that is ever present for you and will continue to be there for you as your expand and create your lives.

The creativity that is becoming available to each of you will allow you to shape first your personal lives and then your world. You are stepping off into a whole new and we hope exciting venture.

heart’s response

We are going through so many changes right now! This weekend is no exception! With a New Moon and The Lion’s Gate Portal being fully open, there is a lot of energy flying around. My guides talk about choosing a different response when we are asked to change.

This weekend is the Lion’s Gate. The energies coming to the earth in connection with this portal are very strong. They strongly support the release of old stories and embracing the light that you are.

We have said many times that you are light, and you are love. This concept or idea is not a new one to you. It is, however, becoming more evident in individuated lives. As the light body merges with the 3-d physical body there are changes that occur. The idea of spending a few moments to release any resistance that you can feel in your body is one we will recommend.

The resistance to change has always been a prominent 3-d response. It comes from past experiences, beliefs, programming or general fears. In 3-d these were there to help and protect you. They came from your mental assessment of a situation and your ego. The ego and mind in 3-d are tasked with protecting you.

Moving into your 5-d persona and a body that is still physical but lighter and light filled will have responses that come from the heart. These responses will have different parameters to assess a situation.

Okay, you are transition from a mental based view of the world to one that is based on your heart. How to make that transition? We would suggest that when you are faced with a situation and feel yourself going into resistance recognize this as a 3-d response. Then take a deep breath or two and then create a symbol for the situation. Bring that symbol into your heart center. You may bring it directly into your heart center or you may drop it into your crown chakra and bring it to your heart center. It’s your choice. Allow that symbol to rest in your heart center and feel a new response to the situation. You then always have the choice of responding in 3-d resistance or the 5-d response suggested by your heart center.

create and celebrate!

We just had another solstice! As with each solstice we are gifted more energy and information to help us open more to our Divine Selves. We have mention in the past little bit that it is time to let go of any tendency to dwell on past events and look to the future we are intending to create. Letting go and creating space for the world you choose to live in. Now is a great time to think a bit about how you would like to see your world and the world around you change. As you do this, my guides suggest you celebrate all that you are and all that you are becoming!

When you expand, you change your energy or frequency. This change allows you to hear and be in the Universe differently. You are not the exact same person when you expand. This is what is changing in your world. We will encourage you to hold the vision for your life and your world and how it will take shape in response to your new frequencies.

Now is the time to step out of your past and start to build your future. We are excited to see what you will create. We are excited to see you holding more light each day. Celebrate yourselves, celebrate your light, celebrate your love, and celebrate the Divine essence that resides within your heart.

living your Divinity

This week we have experienced a full moon and a lunar eclipse! Lots of energy there. My guides wrote, earlier in the week, that the energies are helping us clear things that are no longer useful to us out of our energy fields. The energy arriving with the Solstice will fill the spaces created in our energy fields during this time. We can use this Solstice energy to build the foundation of the world we wish to live in! Here is what they had to say:

The astrologic events occurring tomorrow (5-26-21) are a clearing for the energies being presented with the solstice. The clearing over the past two months of family and ancestral energies will be pushed. The letting go of lineage issues or choice of things to study will make way for creating space for higher vibrations. These vibrations will include love and joy. Also, will include like frequencies such as compassion, peace, and gratitude. The world that you each are creating, can be based on these vibrations. This time is a time of choosing. Going forward if you can find a place for one or more of those frequencies, it will help to build the base for that world.

Many are calling it a “new world”. This is true in terms of what you experience now verses what you are creating. What you are actually creating is a remembrance of what it is to live your Divinity. It is a place you all have been and are bringing forward once again.

When you open your heart to the love that is there, ever present for you, then allow that love to flow as your light into the world, you will be living your Divinity. It will be a reminder for all. It will also lay down the base, the foundation, for the world that you are re-creating!

pathway of love

We are in a very exciting time. We are moving deeper into the knowing that we are “love incarnate”. We are the love and light that is Divinity embodied in human form. Does that make you hold your breath! Maybe, take a minute and a couple of deep breathes and acknowledge the love that is ever present in you and for you. Feel the loving embrace just for you and relax into it. Here is what my guides had to say the other day.

The energies coming through between now and the summer solstice are asking each of you to open to the love that is ever present for you. Let that love hold you and allow it to move through you expanding from your heart throughout all of you. This will allow you to embrace you. This love shared with the Whole of you will be transmitted to all humankind.

As you move deeper into first self-acceptance and then love, you will find that your world opens in new ways. You will be walking the pathway of love. This path is created with your Divine center. It is your true journey. It will bring you deeper into love and joy.

wishing you a wonderful 2021!

We are all ready for a new year and a new start. We have the opportunity to create the new start. We are here as creator beings. We are here as love incarnated into form.  My guides suggest that we can be those creators. Here is what they have to say.

During this time and going forward, it will be helpful for you to be aware that you are a being of light and love. When you remind yourself of this moment to moment, you change how you walk through the world. You then become an agent of light and love changing everywhere you travel.

You have heard before that you are creators. We will say it again and probably more times in the future. Your energy radiates from you into your world. This radiation of energy touches everyone and everything you encounter. The encounters give you the opportunity to radiate, light, love, and joy and the also give you the opportunity to radiate sorrow, fear, and anger. Your choice. It is time for you to step into your power. It is not power over. It is the power to radiate love and light from your Divine center into your world. That intention and action steps you into the place of creating a new start.
