let your love! let your joy!

Now in the chaotic world more than ever finding and loving both yourself and other is so important. Loving lets you be part of the fabric of life. It is the unifying energy underlying everything. If we open our hearts to the love that is within us and share it with ourselves and the world, we are helping to create a world that is filled with that love, not fear.

My angelic guides continued the discussion of love and joy:

Let joy fill your heart and lead the love that you are into your world!

Choose how you want your world to be. Choose from love and joy and you will begin to create love and joy. Choose from fear and anger and you will create more fear and anger.

The Divine heart that you are holds no judgement and creates as you wish. Engage your Divine heart and allow your heart to bring you your desire. Desire is a driving factor in your world. Rather than desire a thing, try to desire a vibration such as love, joy, peace or any number of other vibrations. As you hold these vibrations, they will bubble up inside of you and awaken your heart center. As your Divine center opens and responds to the vibration it treats it as a request for creation. Then your heart begins to bring you that very vibration.

This post is a continuation of the last blog. My guides wrote more over the next few days.

The idea of a smile moving you into joy is an important one. The human body is constructed for a couple of things. It is the vessel for the spiritual energy, it is itself spiritual energy. It is also a transmitter and receiver of vibrations.

Each part of the human form is designed with this type of ability. Each vibration is designed to move the whole in a direction. Until now the vibrations have been rather crude emotions. Emotions which are not harmonious. We would suggest by focusing on joy, you will move your groups into a place of harmony.

The chaos that abounds now is a distraction from taking a step into harmony. We would again suggest the vibration to focus on is joy. This is a holographic vibration as we discuss. As such even vibrating the slightest bit of joy produces the whole vibration.

Find things that make you smile. Find things that make your heart glad. Then you will be holding the vibration of joy and putting that vibration into your world as an organizing factor.

The underlying vibration of each person is unconditional love. This love is their Divine center. The supporting energy or vibration for that love is joy. When you maintain the vibration of joy you not only support yourself, you support and enhance the Divinity deep within yourself. You create a pathway for that Divinity, Divine love, Divine light to come up within you and shine forth to light your way and to shine a guiding light for all you encounter.

Finding your joy it is the key to your Divine center and your Divine center is your key to joy. It is all one just as each of you are part of the All .

One of the practices that you will hear about when learning about energy and psychic things is centering. For me it goes with grounding because grounding will help you center more easily. My guides had this to say the other day.

You feel like you have entered into a time of chaos. Swirling energy that seems to have no direction. It is up to each in this time period to find their own center and from that center become the coalescing force to the external chaos.

Finding your center is also finding your peace. Your center is like the calm within a storm. It is the peace that you each seek to find in the external world when in fact the only real peace you will find is within your heart.

How can you best find your center and find that peace? First, quiet your mind, one of my teachers like to say “give your mind a cookie”. What is sweet to your mind? Have your mind create a scene in your heart that it loves for you. Then relax your body in a comfortable place and let go into that comfort in that beautiful place. Let your emotions come to rest in that beautiful place. Almost there. Your body, mind and emotions are at rest together. Allow your awareness to gather into your heart center, find yourself moving into that sanctuary you have created. Find the peace that is ever present there and fell the collected feeling that is your center. Rest here at the center of your Universe.

The guides remind us that our heart is the center of our Universe. A quick way if you don’t have time to do the little meditation above is to move with your breath into your heart center. Feel your connection to the earth (grounding!!). While staying in your heart center see your mental, emotional, physical and finally spirit body come together as one in your heart. Keep breathing and feel the peace that comes from that exercise.

I was just reminded by my guides that periods of seeming chaos such as we feel are periods of the most potential. It is time to create our tomorrow!

We are beginning to understand that we are united in a greater whole. This whole is held together with the love that is ever present in each of us. It is time to expand the spark of love in our center into a flame of love that shines in the world proclaiming our Oneness. Here is what my guides were saying a while ago.

By finding compassion and then love for oneself, the spark of love that became evident on loving another is fanned into a flame of love. This flame is the core of the human. It is the core of how a human can expect to experience themselves as they grown into a deeper embracing of this core. It is who the human is after all, Love.

As this flame of love is embraced and even celebrated by the awakening human another expansion happens and the love that is contained within the human persona expands and reaches out connecting with other expanding love. The human then experiences the union, the Oneness, that like the core of love has always been present. The memory is awakened and the dim memory becomes a new reality. The awaken into the knowledge that there is only One and that we are that One.

Allow your love to grow and know the Oneness that you are! Much love!! Linda

joyful solstice!

I am a little late with my guides’ message. On the eve of the solstice Helios channeled through and wrote this for me and you!

The energy here is to support each of you in stepping into the fullness of who you always have been. We have been stating that you, each, are love incarnate for many years. You are now stepping into an energy that will assist you to recognize yourself in that embodiment and embrace yourself.

We wish you joy on this solstice. It is with joy that you will be able to embrace the whole of your being and it is with joy that you will find the peace of your heart and step forward into your new expression with that joy and peace. Bring it to a world that is deeply longing for those vibrations.

We leave you today with this knowledge. Allow it to become your knowing and allow the expression of you, each, to blossom into the world!

I asked my guides for some thoughts on the upcoming solstice. Here is what my Angelic Friends had to say:

The solstice is upon you. The energies are building toward the time of the solstice and a great burst of light will be made available to you all.

Your bodies are changing to accommodate more and more light. Look upon your physical upsets as your bodies’ way of opening to receive and hold that light. The density that you, each, are releasing has made the opportunity for your world to allow more light to enter and be held.

We are deeply grateful for your work and we are grateful for each of you. Your hearts are opening and your bodies are changing to allow the influx of light that will change your world. Know that we support each and every one of you. No matter what your circumstances are that you are in exactly the right place and that we love you deeply. Remember that there is love at the center of your being, a love that loves you beyond your most hopeful imaging. We love you!

This morning my guides were writing about the upcoming solstice. Winter here and summer in other parts of the world. In both cases, there is a quiet pause full of potential as we move into the solstice. With the summer solstice, the potential for growth is present, a promise in the pause. Moving into the winter solstice the pause is a time for regeneration, a gathering in, preparing the way for the summer’s growth. Feeling the pause is what they talked about.

Follow nature now into the quiet of your heart. In this quiet, honor the sacred peace that is ever present. Feel the pause and peace. In that peace, you will find the love that you are. Love that will grow and bloom in the light. Light that is ever present for each of you.

living in interesting times!

We have been experiencing the old Chinese wish and living in interesting times. My guides and many of the teachers and their guides have been encouraging about what we are experiencing. The personal healing that we have been doing for many years, is being pushed to a new level. We are being asked to be whole, that means not just the life time we are in now but all our lives. I had a reading with Natalie Gianelli and Dr. Peebles this week (http://nataliegianelli.com/). I love them dearly and it was wonderful to talk with them as always. Dr. Peebles strongly reminded me that I am energy first. This understanding makes it possible to connect with all my lives and send love to those parts that are feeling the same turmoil that the world is feeling now. By sending love to those parts of ourselves that are angry, afraid or confused by what has transpired over the past few weeks, we can heal density in our energy fields. Nora Herold, another teacher I love and respect, had a webcast on Facebook today, it starts about 4 minutes into the video, (https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=nora%20herold%20%26%20jonathan%20wilk%27s%20spiritual%20channeling). It was great! Her guides affirmed the great benefit of sending love to those traumatized parts of ourselves and healing ourselves into wholeness. When we are truly whole within our energy field, we can be whole with our world. This is what we are working towards. A realization of the Oneness of life and the expression of ourselves as Oneness though the love we are at the core of our being.

I will leave you with Dr. Peeble’s recommendation that we use as a daily reminder. Feel these thoughts as you say them:

I am energy, first!

I love myself!!

I am open to receiving!!!

Reading through the writings from my guides, I found this from just about a year ago. It applies now too!

The heart knows and has always known that at your core you are Divinity. The solstice is awakening that knowing even more in each of you on earth.

Writing with my guides, the Angelics came in and had this reminder for me and us this morning.

It is time to remember the depth and nature of your love. Each on earth has within their deepest heart the love that creates universes and loves each as their child at the same time. That love is within you, too. It is our wish for humanity that you each find this love and receive it fully back into your awareness. This is what it means to awaken.
