Reading through the writings from my guides, I found this from just about a year ago. It applies now too!

The heart knows and has always known that at your core you are Divinity. The solstice is awakening that knowing even more in each of you on earth.

relax, meditate, have fun and be joyful!

Our lives are filled with change. We are expanding our awareness. We are opening and re-integrating with the Divinity that has always rested within us. To do this, we have released energy density from this life and many many other lives. We have moved density for the group too. Just in case our own density wasn’t enough. Those who read my blog are those who will help show the way for the many who are just starting the process we have already moved through.

The guides had thoughts to share about integrating the energy from the summer solstice and the fall equinox. I will paraphrase and quote what they suggest.

The energy coming to you on the winter solstice will be a large packet of energy. (As we have released our density we are able to hold greater energy which is love and light. The introduction of this energy comes at various times. The focus here is on the solstices and equinoxes.) You can best integrate what will be transmitted by completing the integration of earlier transmissions the best you can.

How to do this? Relaxation, mediation, fun and joy!

Relaxation and mediation go nicely together because they are both ways of reconnecting with our essence. They also give us a chance to put our “to do list” down and engage energy in different ways.

Relaxation and meditation involve stepping back from your daily life. In stepping back you are not dropping your life, rather getting a different view of it. You change your perspective. So, that even though you may not let go of things, you will put them down for a moment. The moment of putting down your life, you let go of tension in your body. Your muscles begin to relax from all that you were carrying. Your energy actually changes. The shift in your energy allows a greater flow of energy in your body and further integration of the energy, love and light.

Fun is a great way to move through life. Find a smile in everything you do. When you find the smile, you move out of resistance and allow a greater flow of energy. Hence, greater integration. The bonus is that your smile can be a gift to someone. This creates a joyful exchange.

Joy is a state of being. Joy and love flow together. When joy is present in your life, you can allow a full flow of energy within your body. Like the smile which will bring joy, it allows you to connect with others and share joy. Joy increases with the sharing.

Choose to engage in one or more of these activities and you will find your integration moving with greater ease. Ease is where you are moving to. Struggle does not have to be part of your life. You always have the choice to choose it, but it is never your only option. Even in your darkest moment, there is a spark of light within you, find that glimmer of light, send it a smile and receive the love and light that returns to you!

you are waking up!

You are waking up, believe it or not. When we wake up in the morning, often the first thing we do is stretch. Our energetic awakening will include stretching into some of our forgotten abilities. These abilities have been called intuition, psychic, and gut feelings to name a few. We are opening ourselves to input from all around us.

Those of you who know me, know that grounding is my number one go to!My guides have a little more to say about grounding:

Ground reaffirms your connection to the earth. This connection allows you to release excess energy or energy that is no useful to you. It does a more important thing for you now. It connects you to the earth and allows you to harmonize with the energies of the earth to further your growth and changes. You and the earth are going through this process of change. By grounding and harmonizing with the earth energy, you can be supported and guided through your changes. In turn you support the earth!

Being centered and grounded in your energy field, you become aware of your body and your need to have your energy in your body.  You become aware of the energies around you but can find some distance from them to help you remember your goals and feelings. It allows you to define the area around you and recognize your own energies.

Being heart centered is the next helpful activity that I can suggest. By collecting your awareness to the center of your chest, you become heart centered. This aligns you with your Divine center and allows you to move in the world aware of all that is around you and at the same time totally connected and held in your love. My guides offered:

A heart centered person is an individuated expression of their Divine essence. This is the goal of the transition that you each are experiencing at this time. The Divine expression is one that has always been present within you, hidden, and now being brought forward again. It is your time to let the essence of who you are express in your world.  The essence is love. As you express your essence, you will change the world as you have known it.

In talking with a friend the other day, I remembered a meditation that I did a while ago. I practiced if for weeks and months, and am now practicing it again. You might like it.

Get comfortable, let your feet be on the ground and then ground your energy however you like to do that. Next be in the center of your energy field, jiggle it left to right and back to front to get it just right for you to be in the center of your world. Now collect your energy to your heart center. Breathe in and on your exhale, send a “hello” filled with love through the center of your chest into your Divine Center. Do this for a while. You may feel energies moving out of your heart center, you may experience feelings and at some point, maybe not the first time you sit in this meditation, the “hello” filled with love will reach your Divine center and you will receive a “hello” filled with love back!! Enjoy!!!

Your breathing and breath are also very important, in my opinion anyway. There are many breathing exercises that will bring more breath and light into your body. The meditation above will even do that! A simple counted breath meditation from yoga where you inhale to a count, say 6, hold for one count, exhale to a count of 8, hold for one and repeat will fill you with your breath and light and help you focus your mind.

let your love and light shine!

The other day my guides reminded me:

And as we have said many times, the full expression of Divinity is love. Love is the earth; and a human is love incarnate. The many ways to express this love is why you are here. You are here to both express and witness love.

It is in the witnessing of another you love, that the other wakes just a little more. In that awakening to the love and light that you have chosen to express, you create more space for more love and more space for the light to shine through your most beautiful selves and the most beautiful earth.

step into your heart

The other morning my guides continued the discussion about the heart-mind. The guides who are talking with us are a blending of a group consciousness called Helios and another who I call the Angelics. Here is what they had to say:

The benefits of engaging the heart-mind are not obvious when viewed from the ego-mind. However, when viewing your external world, you begin to see some of the benefits. Right now the ego-mind in many cases is making a stand for its survival. This is not the total contributing factor to all those things you find disturbing in your world but it does contribute its fair share. So, first step out of judgment. All parts of the human psyche fight for their lives when they feel challenged. We would suggest not to challenge the ego-mind rather to allow the heart-mind to gently begin to support the ego-mind by suggesting other possibilities.

This can be done by going inside and first observing your ego-mind and then in meditation or observation offering suggestions that arise from sinking into your heart center and listening. Give yourself time to practice. You may have success and you may have stumbling blocks. Stay with the process.

To clarify the process, the guides are talking about, first, observe a reaction arising from your ego-mind, then, allow your awareness to drop into your heart center and let a new response arise. Then rising back into your head and look at the possibilities your heart has presented. Practice this as a review of life events to start with, then begin to use it in “real time” when you feel comfortable.

The process can be done as a review while you rest before getting out of bed or before sleep in the evening. Let your heart center offer differing solutions for what might have arisen during the day. Then feel into the possible responses and allow your ego-mind to feel them as well. Notice the responses from your ego-mind.

Noticing how the ego-mind responds to the alternative actions will give you an understanding of how the two minds work. The next step will be to use the action of sinking into your heart center in daily life. Particularly, when the ego-mind wants to take charge.

It is important to be an impartial observer of your ego-mind. Your ego-mind is merely doing the job it was designed to do. Gentle love and caring is what will ease your way through this process.

listen to your heart!

My guides have been talking to me for several years about the heart-mind. This is the mind we are moving into now. They suggested that it would be a good time to write something a little longer than my regular blog about the heart-mind. I will be doing this in installments. The blogs will be a combination of quotes (in italic writing) from the guides and my input (regular typing). We will talk about what I am calling the ego-mind which is what we have been using to navigate the world all our lives and the heart-mind which is what we have been engaging on occasion and seeing how it works in the world.

You are familiar with life lived through the ego-mind. You are being asked now to choose. Choose the way of your being and expression. It is stepping off into a vast unknown but we would suggest looking around with open eyes. There are many who are choosing the expression of the heart-mind and offer an image of a new world of possibilities.

Let’s take a look at the ego-mind. First, let me say that the ego is important to you. It has been tasked with keeping you safe in your life. The ego works in many ways which we don’t always attribute to keeping us safe. Sometimes it seems like it is asking us to puff up and be larger than we are. Sometimes it may seem to want us to hide. Think of the ego as a child sent to do an adult job. It doesn’t know how to approach the task. When it does a task and the approach works, then that is the approach the ego will take the next time presented with a similar situation. The behavior will become automatic in some cases. What my guides are suggesting (and many other guides too) is that it is time to let the ego-mind rest and engage the heart-mind.

So, now the dilemma of giving up something that has served and protected you so well. How to let go of your intellect, how about expanding it to include your heart and allowing that expansion to be called your heart-mind. The heart-mind embraces the intellectual process but recognizes that it has shortfalls.

Thus the intellect is honored and continues on the journey with its human but is now co-driving the journey and shortly enjoying the ride while the heart drives. If the process is allowed to progress as an opening or an expansion of the individual with the intellectual mind moving from the driver’s seat, to the co-pilot, to passenger seat, it is a gentle transition allowing the heart to move from the backseat or maybe the trunk even into the co-pilot seat and finally driving.

It is not necessarily stress free but it is certainly a clear step wise transition.

Starting to be aware of your heart and your heart’s desires is a good place to start to understand what the heart-mind might be and feel like to engage.

Your heart is the main gateway in the physical body to your Divinity.  So step one, becomes finding your heart. Do this in little steps. Do this through your feelings. Your heart understands the world through how it makes you feel. So, little steps. How does looking at a beautiful sky make you feel? Start your day by looking at the sky and feel what you feel. Do not judge it just notice and acknowledge the feeling.

Then throughout the day, let your eyes rest on something before you and see how it makes you feel. Again do not judge the feeling just acknowledge how it makes you feel and move on.

I was writing yesterday morning and my angelic friends were talking about being open hearted. They continued with this beautiful thought:

Our underlying expression is love and joy. Just as it is your underlying expression. Divinity flows through each of us uniting us and allowing love and joy to be there as who we are and a reminder of who we are.

As each of you move deeper into the understanding of your expression, feel us draw close to support and remind you of all that you are and all that you are remembering. We are forever present for you!

blessing of an open heart!

On the eve of the solstice, my guides spoke of compassion. They began with a discussion of communication. Our lives are changing with each influx of energy on the solstices. One of the changes this solstice will bring is with our communication. It will become faster and with more telepathic ability. Because of these changes, there is a need to bring compassion to our communication and not the fear, resistance or even violence that we have communicated with in the past. Helios and the Angelics came together to bring this message to me and to you.

Compassion is the root of allowance. Compassion holds the space open for what it gazes upon. That gaze maybe held for yourself or that gaze may fall upon another. Compassion does not ask for understanding. Compassion asks for the opening of the heart to allow the acknowledgement that all are part of the One Divinity. Learn to be compassionate with yourself and you will then be able to be compassionate with another.

We leave you with the blessings of an open heart. Let your heart embrace yourself fully and then share that embrace with the world.

centered!

This morning my guides wrote about being centered. A good starting point is to check grounding (see April 3, 2016) and become present. When I first learned centering, I saw my energy gathering at the center of a circle. The center deep within myself. Here is what my guides have to say about centering:

Let’s take a look at being centered. Being centered means that you are in the center of your universe. Your universe starts with your physical body.  Ask yourself: Where is my energy in relation to my physical body?

That question makes you look at two other things about yourself. One, am I grounded? And two, am I present? Once you answer yes to these questions you are able to become the center of your universe. Breathe into your heart center and call your energy around you. It is that simple! We leave you with our love and our blessings, we are Helios.
