let your love and light shine!

The other day my guides reminded me:

And as we have said many times, the full expression of Divinity is love. Love is the earth; and a human is love incarnate. The many ways to express this love is why you are here. You are here to both express and witness love.

It is in the witnessing of another you love, that the other wakes just a little more. In that awakening to the love and light that you have chosen to express, you create more space for more love and more space for the light to shine through your most beautiful selves and the most beautiful earth.

step into your heart

The other morning my guides continued the discussion about the heart-mind. The guides who are talking with us are a blending of a group consciousness called Helios and another who I call the Angelics. Here is what they had to say:

The benefits of engaging the heart-mind are not obvious when viewed from the ego-mind. However, when viewing your external world, you begin to see some of the benefits. Right now the ego-mind in many cases is making a stand for its survival. This is not the total contributing factor to all those things you find disturbing in your world but it does contribute its fair share. So, first step out of judgment. All parts of the human psyche fight for their lives when they feel challenged. We would suggest not to challenge the ego-mind rather to allow the heart-mind to gently begin to support the ego-mind by suggesting other possibilities.

This can be done by going inside and first observing your ego-mind and then in meditation or observation offering suggestions that arise from sinking into your heart center and listening. Give yourself time to practice. You may have success and you may have stumbling blocks. Stay with the process.

To clarify the process, the guides are talking about, first, observe a reaction arising from your ego-mind, then, allow your awareness to drop into your heart center and let a new response arise. Then rising back into your head and look at the possibilities your heart has presented. Practice this as a review of life events to start with, then begin to use it in “real time” when you feel comfortable.

The process can be done as a review while you rest before getting out of bed or before sleep in the evening. Let your heart center offer differing solutions for what might have arisen during the day. Then feel into the possible responses and allow your ego-mind to feel them as well. Notice the responses from your ego-mind.

Noticing how the ego-mind responds to the alternative actions will give you an understanding of how the two minds work. The next step will be to use the action of sinking into your heart center in daily life. Particularly, when the ego-mind wants to take charge.

It is important to be an impartial observer of your ego-mind. Your ego-mind is merely doing the job it was designed to do. Gentle love and caring is what will ease your way through this process.

I was writing yesterday morning and my angelic friends were talking about being open hearted. They continued with this beautiful thought:

Our underlying expression is love and joy. Just as it is your underlying expression. Divinity flows through each of us uniting us and allowing love and joy to be there as who we are and a reminder of who we are.

As each of you move deeper into the understanding of your expression, feel us draw close to support and remind you of all that you are and all that you are remembering. We are forever present for you!

a time to choose!

When I wrote with my guides this morning, I was touched by what they had to say.  They talked of the upcoming solstice as a time of choosing yourself. We have talked about that before and they felt that particularly now it is an important to encourage us to find our own love and embrace ourselves.

They finished with this message:
Come into the time of choosing. Choose the love that you are. Choose to nurture that love and bring it into the fullness of you. Do this and you will bring love and joy into this world!

flow of love

My guides and angelic friends are continually reminding me that we are love. Today my angelic friends had this beautiful reminder:

We bring you our love this day. The love we hold you in is there for your support and as a constant reminder that you are love. The love that you are flows gracefully though you, as you and as an offering to all you encounter. Each of you is the part of the flow of love.

changing seasons

As we shifted from winter into spring, my guides wrote about the importance of recognizing ourselves as light and love as they often do. I would like to share their thoughts with you.

Let this point of the change of the seasons bring with it the impetus to see your light wholly and truly. If you are experiencing fall with a lessening of solar light, increase your light to shine more brightly. If you are experiencing spring, allow your light to be augmented by the solar light and increase accordingly.

The idea is to increase the expression of your true identity. You are light, you are love, you are eternal beings, you are the expression of Divinity as it rests and shines from your heart.

walking with friends!!

March has several energy events, a solar eclipse, the spring equinox and a lunar eclipse. The energy is moving quickly. Many of you are letting go of deep seated beliefs and fears. You are allowing the light that you are to inhabit more of your body. You are sharing more of your light, who you are, with the world. It is time to let your light shine even more for it is no small light. Allow the light and love that you are to be a presence in the world.

Yesterday my guides wrote:

Be aware that you do not walk alone. The unseen teachers, guides, angels and multitudes of helpers and friends stand and walk with you. Receive their blessings and ours as well that you may know the light, love and beauty that you are.

open to you!

This morning my guides talked with me about an open heart.

An open heart is one who meets the world and all in it as an equal partner. An open heart knows on every level that it is at one with all. So, how can the partnership be anything but equal?

They continued,

As the pain, fear, and sorrow leave one’s energy field, the heart gently opens to the knowing of its connection to all things. This is the promise of a new day, a beautiful sun rise. Your heart opening to the beauty, joy and love that you are.

We are moving through an intense period of time. Keep in mind that it is here to accelerate and serve you. Be willing to step out of who you thought you were into who you are. Thank you for loving yourself today! I love you and send you much much love! Linda

awaken

Today my angelic guides wrote to me about letting our old stories become part of our ancient history and move into an awakened person creating new stories from our Divine core.

We are here to remind each of you that at your core, you are Divine. Over that core of Divinity you have created stories and ideas about who you are. As this year progresses, many and perhaps all those ideas and beliefs will become part of a wondrous adventure story as you release your attachment to them and embrace the knowledge of your true identity.

We ask that each rest in the awareness of your story and the Divinity that you are. As you allow the story to come into alignment with the Divinity, you will move into a place of new expression. All the adventures that have been experienced will come to be understood and appreciated. Your Divine core will expand and if you release into that, you will add a new adventure to your experiences. The experience of awakening from the dreams that have been your lives and embracing the limitless possibilities present in your Divinity.
