It is the very air you breathe, the very light that fills the skies around you. Divine Presence is everywhere. Receive it. Fill yourself with it every moment.

You have dressed your end of the cable up in many add-on ideas about who and what you are but at your core, you are now and always the Love and Light of Divinity. Let your Light shine! I am working my way through Panache Desai’s Discovering Your Soul Signature. It is a wonderful book bring to your awareness many things that are helpful to look at. I highly recommend it. One of his chapters is titled Harmony, I think it might also have been called Balance. A Libra (that would be me) is always looking for balance. As we become more light and fluid, it is a choice to respond to the world around us and it is a choice to move back into our balance. Become aware of your body talking to you. Learn to feel where the relaxed parts are and where the tense parts are. Allow the flowing light that you are to go into the tense spots and relax them. This is choosing to allow your energy to bring you into balance. When you are in balance within yourself,  you are in balance, and harmony, with the world around you. A few weeks ago Jennifer McLean (Healing with the Masters) had Rikka Zimmerman on her webcast. They are always spectacular together and that day was no different. Rikka introduced a short exercise in which she had us look at one of our hands and talk to the hand, telling it: You are love, you are love, you are love! You are light, you are light, you are light! You are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities! She suggested that it might be repeated several times to awaken (in that case our hand) what you were informing.
I was taken by this exercise and tried it on myself and will tell you it works! The energy shifts amazingly. I was writing with my guides this morning and I asked about it the statements. They had the following comment:
Creation works on a pulse. Just as the heart beat is the pulse of a person. The Universe has a heartbeat which is the pulse of creation.
A pulse has three parts. It has the actual pulse, it has the rest, and it has the gathering before the pulse. This is the principle of three. Three is a model of creation. When things are done in threes, they are reminding all humankind of the Creative Force. The three also invites the Creative Force consciously into the equation and enhances the activity. This is part of the reason that “you are love, you are light, you are infinite possibilities”* is so powerful. It is a wakeup call to that which is looked upon and it is a direct access for that which is looked upon to Divinity.
It is good to use this statement now because there are elements within the human form that are poised to awaken. The primary awakening being the remembrance that you are love. This statement will activate that and other memories within those who say it for both themselves and others.
Consciousness is opening to part of itself that has been closed off for the third dimensional experience. The re-opening of consciousness is a wondrous thing and it does indeed make for infinite possibilities.
So tomorrow morning when you look in the mirror tell yourself who you are:
You are love, you are love, you are love! You are light, you are light, you are light! You are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities!

What a perfect message for Valentine’s Day! I channeled with a dear friend yesterday. The guides gave us the image of us being like a harp. When we pluck one string, other strings vibrate in response to that string. When we choose a string such as joy or gratitude, we not only start the string of joy or gratitude vibrating but also the string of love vibrates. So for Valentine’s Day I am giving myself permission to express my joy and vibrate joy and love, a two part harmony no less!  Thanks for touching my heart! Love Linda

Thanksgiving is a whole day devoted to giving Thanks! It is a kick off to a season of wonderful friends, good food, parties, and yes, love. When you are grateful, you open the door to the love that you are. Your love can peek out and say Hi!! to you and the world. I am grateful that you are here to share this journey with me. I have a group of friend who I send an announcement to when there is a new blog. I usually make comments on the current energy or something that is going on in the world when I send out a blog announcement. A friend suggested that the little e-mail notes that go out are as helpful as the blog. So I decide to include my little e-notes from time to time. So do any of you have hats left??! Are you just holding down your hair as you are zooming along with all of us. It is hard to believe that we have had Halloween and are fast approaching Thanksgiving. Before we know it we will be getting ready for 4th of July!! What my life is in need of is a lot of peace! I asked my guides to talk to me about it and they gave me the blog that you will find below.

They had more to say too which I will share with you now. You will find peace in your lives in many ways.  We would suggest the easiest way is to find it through heart breathing. We have talked about this before in the blog. It is taking considered breaths into your heart center (center of your chest) and allowing the exhale to fill your body with a beautiful golden light.  With each breath you will fill with the love that is there for you bringing a quieting to your physical body. Then you will be able to look into your own heart and find the love that you are. This will bring you the most peace. 

You may be triggered into peace by things in your environment. This is a bit more unpredictable than using the breath to find peace. But we would suggest putting yourselves in a position to rest your eyes gently on things you love is a good way to move yourself into a peaceful place. You are opening your heart by viewing something you love and whenever you remember that you are love, you will come to your place of peace.

With that we remind you that there is only love and that you are only love.

I have been quiet for a while; feeling into the new energy emerging for us all. I am sure you have felt the changing energies over the past several weeks. Since the fall equinox we are asked to look deeper and see more of who we are and who we are becoming. You will find you are truly beautiful when you come to open to your heart to yourself. The pathway to your open heart can be rocky at times but it is worth the journey. I appreciate each of you taking that journey with me. Thanks for reading! Much love Linda
