March has several energy events, a solar eclipse, the spring equinox and a lunar eclipse. The energy is moving quickly. Many of you are letting go of deep seated beliefs and fears. You are allowing the light that you are to inhabit more of your body. You are sharing more of your light, who you are, with the world. It is time to let your light shine even more for it is no small light. Allow the light and love that you are to be a presence in the world.

Be aware that you do not walk alone. The unseen teachers, guides, angels and multitudes of helpers and friends stand and walk with you. Receive their blessings and ours as well that you may know the light, love and beauty that you are.

Today my angelic guides wrote to me about letting our old stories become part of our ancient history and move into an awakened person creating new stories from our Divine core.

We are here to remind each of you that at your core, you are Divine. Over that core of Divinity you have created stories and ideas about who you are. As this year progresses, many and perhaps all those ideas and beliefs will become part of a wondrous adventure story as you release your attachment to them and embrace the knowledge of your true identity.

We ask that each rest in the awareness of your story and the Divinity that you are. As you allow the story to come into alignment with the Divinity, you will move into a place of new expression. All the adventures that have been experienced will come to be understood and appreciated. Your Divine core will expand and if you release into that, you will add a new adventure to your experiences. The experience of awakening from the dreams that have been your lives and embracing the limitless possibilities present in your Divinity.

light of the solstice

We are into the approach to the Solstice, its coming very soon. The light although decreasing until that point in time in the Northern Hemisphere will increase rapidly with the Solstice. The energies being presented to us at this Solstice are great, beautiful and intense. If you are bathed in the great and beautiful, fantastic!! If you are not getting all the great and beautiful but a full on hit of the intense, it is a good time to go into your heart and find the stillness that is there. This stillness will allow you to let the energies coming in to flow over and through you. The energies are highlighting deeply held beliefs and ideas from your energy field, jiggling them loose to allow more light to be present.

Nora Herold and her gang (http://www.noraherold.com/) offered a lovely meditation on the December 1^st teleconference. Check out the recording of the teleconference for the original meditation. This is my version of the meditation:

Sit quietly and breathe into your heart center. Allowing your breath to quiet you and bring you to a still place. From the stillness allow the light that is ever present for you to move with your breath. Inhale the light into the center of your chest, your heart center, and as you exhale allow the light to go to those parts of you that are hungry for the light. Allow those parts of you to receive the love and light that they have denied themselves. Quietly sit and breathe. Fill yourself with the light and love that is always there for you. Allow yourself to be a beacon for yourself and the world you walk in. When you are ready, go about your day, and know that you are held in light and love and just as you are held, so all are held in light and love.

I was transcribing some of the guides’ messages from last winter. They seem to fit for now, so I am passing them along.

The stillness that comes at this time of year, as your sun becomes less and less available, is your time to go within. To reside quietly with in your heart and receive the awakening of you. I am excited! We are standing on the edge of an eclipse and the spring equinox! Each solstice for the past several years has awakened us to more and more information about ourselves. The equinox signals a time to engage that information and express ourselves in the world. So here we are bursting with new understanding of ourselves ready to bring it into the world!

I think of spring and joy in the same moment. Here is a little something my guides and angels wrote about joy.

Joy acts as an usher to the awareness and experience of the love you seek!

Namaste is a greeting we will often say with hands clasp in front of our hearts to honor another. Simply interpreted it means that “I bow to the place in you, where, when I am in that place in me, we are One.”

I was reminded of Namaste the other night when I was listening to a class Nora Herold (www.noraherold.com) gave in Chicago a short time ago. In closing the class she channeled the Pleiadians and they said:

“Feel yourselves as the love that you are. We love you. We love you. We love you. Meaning, we vibrate in that state of being as love with you, feel that! Feel us linking up with you. That is what you mean when you say ‘I love you’ to another. That means you are choosing to sync your vibration with theirs and suddenly remember that you are not separate. You are One. Existing as Love as One.”

Angels watch over us all the time. Most of us get into enough trouble that it is really nice that they have our backs!
