A few weeks ago Jennifer McLean (Healing with the Masters) had Rikka Zimmerman on her webcast. They are always spectacular together and that day was no different. Rikka introduced a short exercise in which she had us look at one of our hands and talk to the hand, telling it: You are love, you are love, you are love! You are light, you are light, you are light! You are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities! She suggested that it might be repeated several times to awaken (in that case our hand) what you were informing.
I was taken by this exercise and tried it on myself and will tell you it works! The energy shifts amazingly. I was writing with my guides this morning and I asked about it the statements. They had the following comment:
Creation works on a pulse. Just as the heart beat is the pulse of a person. The Universe has a heartbeat which is the pulse of creation.
A pulse has three parts. It has the actual pulse, it has the rest, and it has the gathering before the pulse. This is the principle of three. Three is a model of creation. When things are done in threes, they are reminding all humankind of the Creative Force. The three also invites the Creative Force consciously into the equation and enhances the activity. This is part of the reason that “you are love, you are light, you are infinite possibilities”* is so powerful. It is a wakeup call to that which is looked upon and it is a direct access for that which is looked upon to Divinity.
It is good to use this statement now because there are elements within the human form that are poised to awaken. The primary awakening being the remembrance that you are love. This statement will activate that and other memories within those who say it for both themselves and others.
Consciousness is opening to part of itself that has been closed off for the third dimensional experience. The re-opening of consciousness is a wondrous thing and it does indeed make for infinite possibilities.
So tomorrow morning when you look in the mirror tell yourself who you are:
You are love, you are love, you are love! You are light, you are light, you are light! You are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities, you are infinite possibilities!

Today is the first day of a new spring. The beginning of a new year. A new year that starts with growth and that is filled with life. I am making a commitment to add as much joy to each day as I can possible add! When you add joy, your love slides into your life right beside the joy. What could be better than that!
Remember the last time you felt that expanded joy fill you! You can bring that memory back at any given moment. Let the memory fill you with your joy and bring it into your present moment. Be expanded, fill with joy and then let your love awaken and fill you too. Thanks for your Joy! Much love Linda

What a perfect message for Valentine’s Day! I channeled with a dear friend yesterday. The guides gave us the image of us being like a harp. When we pluck one string, other strings vibrate in response to that string. When we choose a string such as joy or gratitude, we not only start the string of joy or gratitude vibrating but also the string of love vibrates. So for Valentine’s Day I am giving myself permission to express my joy and vibrate joy and love, a two part harmony no less!  Thanks for touching my heart! Love Linda

Happy 2014!! We are moving into the year of creation. We are leaving behind much of who we thought or knew we were and stepping on to uncharted ground. It is exciting and a little nervy at the same time.

A friend wrote to me today to ask for Ralfee Finn’s website http://www.aquariumage.com/vibration.html. I hadn’t read it over the past month, so I took a minute to do just that. Ralfee has an interesting look at the year ahead. It looks like another hold on to your hats year. But more importantly, she had a story towards the beginning of the piece about a dog and how the story influenced a talk she gave. She in her talk she talked about love rather than several other possible choices. Ralfee’s writing trigger what I was trying to say in the two blogs I posted the other evening!

As we move into this year, old things maybe resurfacing just to check in with you to make sure you don’t want to keep your old patterns. Love is your answer too. It is time to awaken to and embrace the fact that you are love. You are love at the very core of who you are and to the far reaches of your edges. You are nothing but love. It’s simple. As you open to your simplicity, you will find that love can hold whatever is arising in you. Welcome all that arises in you and allow love to hold it. You are that magnificent, you are love!

Hope you all had a great New Year! We are reminded to continue remembering that we are an emanation of Divine Love. Part of the remembering is learning how to love ourselves enough to accept and love all of who we are. Some days that is easy, some days not so much. We can begin our day by giving ourselves a big hug!! That should give us a great start to the day! Much love Linda

The light that shines forth for you is an out pouring of love and is here to support you. Receive the gift of that light; it is who you are.  Receive the love into your hearts as a gift to yourself. My friends!

All the best to each of you during this season of holidays and holy days. We have been in a period of intense growth moving towards this just past winter solstice. Growth that has been in some cases hard won through spiritual, emotional or physical pain. You are doing it. You are anchoring more and more love on the planet. I have it on good authority that your guides, angels and sentient beings though out the solar system and universe are grateful for your work!

You are probably very tired of me urging you to breathe and breathe again. If you will hear me out one (well, probably not only one) more time, give yourself a few moments of being aware of your gentle breath in and out. As you breathe, allow yourself to feel and receive the love of the Divine. Just as you are Divine, the Divine is all around you and as you focus on your gentle breath you are relaxing and allowing the Divinity that is all around you to move into your body. As the Love outside meets the Love inside of you, it will increase. I had a teacher (Bartholomew for those of you who have been at this for a while) who said we will have truly come to know ourselves as the Divine Love that is within us is equal to the Divine Love that is outside of us. I probably didn’t say it as nicely as he did but you get the idea. Love yourself, fill yourself with Love, celebrate the Love that you are!

Thanksgiving is a whole day devoted to giving Thanks! It is a kick off to a season of wonderful friends, good food, parties, and yes, love. When you are grateful, you open the door to the love that you are. Your love can peek out and say Hi!! to you and the world. I am grateful that you are here to share this journey with me.
