light of the solstice

We are into the approach to the Solstice, its coming very soon. The light although decreasing until that point in time in the Northern Hemisphere will increase rapidly with the Solstice. The energies being presented to us at this Solstice are great, beautiful and intense. If you are bathed in the great and beautiful, fantastic!! If you are not getting all the great and beautiful but a full on hit of the intense, it is a good time to go into your heart and find the stillness that is there. This stillness will allow you to let the energies coming in to flow over and through you. The energies are highlighting deeply held beliefs and ideas from your energy field, jiggling them loose to allow more light to be present.

Nora Herold and her gang (http://www.noraherold.com/) offered a lovely meditation on the December 1^st teleconference. Check out the recording of the teleconference for the original meditation. This is my version of the meditation:

Sit quietly and breathe into your heart center. Allowing your breath to quiet you and bring you to a still place. From the stillness allow the light that is ever present for you to move with your breath. Inhale the light into the center of your chest, your heart center, and as you exhale allow the light to go to those parts of you that are hungry for the light. Allow those parts of you to receive the love and light that they have denied themselves. Quietly sit and breathe. Fill yourself with the light and love that is always there for you. Allow yourself to be a beacon for yourself and the world you walk in. When you are ready, go about your day, and know that you are held in light and love and just as you are held, so all are held in light and love.

happy thanksgiving to you!

Yesterday my guides wrote to me about the period of time we are entering by celebrating Thanksgiving. They talked about the love and flow of energy through the holidays. Each person celebrates the next few weeks in their own cultural or religious way. In the northern hemisphere it is moving from the time of most darkness and welcoming the return of light. In the southern hemisphere it is just the opposite. In each case we recognize magnificence of light.

So please join me in honoring the light, the light that you are and the light you share with the world. I am grateful for you and your light. Let that gratitude be a blessing that allows your light to increase the love, joy, blessings and peace on this world. Thanks for letting your light shine! Much love and a very Happy Thanksgiving! choosing JOY!

I was transcribing some of my channeling today. The guides were talking about the energy used in choosing and creating something. I thought this was helpful and interesting!

When you make your choice from joy, that joy carries through all the energy that is created thereafter on that project. The same is true when you make your choice from love or anger. The vibration that is held in the initial action is threaded through the entire creation. It informs creation.

an open heart

The other day my guides reminded me of something simple and beautiful:

The open heart is the heart of God.

A helpful tip from Nora Herold’s guides (http://www.noraherold.com/) is about hydrating! (She has many wonderful channeled friends.) Their hydration went beyond the multiple glasses of water we are always encouraged to drink daily. They suggested that we hydrate our energy field too. To do this breathe a beautiful golden light in through your heart center and then exhale it throughout your whole body! If there are places in your body that are experiencing discomfort, send extra gold energy to that place. I have been practicing this for several days and it is wonderful. The double hydration is a great idea!

more joy!

My guides and angels have been stressing that joy can be an inside job! Think of something that brings you joy and feel the joy vibrate inside of you. You have found your joy spot! When you need to bring more joy into your life, revisit that spot and breathe into the joy that you are hiding there! It expands and fills you! It works! It even works in the dentist chair, I have done it!

The angels said this today: At this point in time, take responsibility for your joy and pursuing that joy with love. Shortly, you will be prompted to become that joy and love. It is a return to home, a return to a place that has been a deep memory, a dream.

We leave you this day to awaken your dream of joy in love and in peace. Our blessings to each of you!

I was transcribing some of the guides’ messages from last winter. They seem to fit for now, so I am passing them along.

The stillness that comes at this time of year, as your sun becomes less and less available, is your time to go within. To reside quietly with in your heart and receive the awakening of you. This morning a group of guides who call themselves Helios talked about change. Here is what they had to say:

People fear change because it has been couched as stepping off into the unknown. When a person knows themselves, they recognize a part of who they are that is constant. So, within a changing life look for the constant it can be a small or simple pattern. It may adapt as changes arrive but it will be intrinsically the person experiencing the change. You have each come to earth as agents of change. Embrace yourself as that agent of change and celebrate what you are creating.
